@malkavianantitribu Sannakji is usually only served at specialty restaurants. It's not something that you could or would randomly run into on the menu of 99% of Korean restaurants, so you're probably safe.
@AlexMit7 I'm certainly no expert, but it's my understanding that the octopus nervous system is so simple and to some degree independent of the brain that the limbs continue to move for some time after being severed from the body. There was still movement going on for at least 20-30 minutes after this was first served.
I've seen the same kind of reflexive movement in a crab leg that was "de-shelled" from a recently killed (drowned in fresh water) deep sea crab that was served as sushi.
