  • im suprised a hmong actually released something for once

  • Hi. I don't want to be offensive, but I would suggest that you don't handle the fish you are going to release like that. Take the photos quickly, hold the fish with both hands, don't hang it like that. Do not touch the fish with dry hands, and do not put anything under it's gill covers. Do not throw it to the water. If possible, release it by putting it slowly in the water, and let it swim off on it's own. It will get seriously damaged from mishandling, and can die shortly after releasing.

  • learn your fish that is not a channel its a blue catfish noob

  • @976833 i counted the anal fin rays when i caught it b.c. i wasnt sure if it was or not. there were 29 anal fin rays so doesnt that make it a channel

  • @saxmastasteve u can tell by the way their fins are like how forked the tail fin is and they dont call blue cats blue for just any reason so its easy to tell its a blue

  • blue catfish. no question. nice fish dude, but not a channel.

  • this is blue catfish because channel cats have a white silverish stomach with a black or silver line running from the gil to tail and would have black dots on it and channel cats have a more rounded head while the blue catfish have a falt one so if ur gonna post vids at least put the right fish

  • thats not a channel catish that a freaking blue cat

  • biggest one i ever cause was 31 inches

  • not a channel cat...its a blue

  • catfish get alot bigger you retard.

  • if it was a channel, at would have 30 or less rays on it fin, more the 30 its a blue

  • Definitely a blue catfish. They look similar but its a blue.

  • mmmmmmmm oh yes my grand pa used t catch tm

  • asian dickheads

  • too bad its not a channel cat, but nice blue cat anyways, oh yea they get much bigger than that by the way...

  • hey retard, nice job killing a fish and not eating it...i'd like to punch you in the face... if you lived where i live, you'd have a pretty tough time coexisting.

  • thats a big blue catfish

  • Ok nevermind not a manmade pond but a manmade canal. All i am saying is that channel catfish just dont get that big unless humans interfere. I am jealous though because i know i will probably never catch a channel cat that big.

  • I guarantee this was caught in a small manmade pond. There is a good chance the pond only had catfish in it and they were fed by humans. In other words channel catfish just dont get this big naturally

  • it was def caught in a canal that runs into a river and not in a small manmade pond.

  • thats a blue catfish there caught all the time that big or bigger

and i caught a similar sized channel this month just a tad smaller in a natural lake

  • dayyyyyyyyyummm
