Special effects were expensive and new and innovative in those days. It was an art form. I remember in 1982 our media teacher taking us to a museum of contemporary art where we sat in an auditorium to watch these new music video innovations - it was that big of a deal. But in this video, come hell or high water, they were determined to use them all it seems.
