150 people on the set that day! Singers, actors, dancers and appearances!

The scene of the corianders could be turned once alone... during the turn Vassiliev fell, he raised again and he continued the turn. With the assemblage nothing was seen!!!

It has been a great experience!

I saw three versions of 'Traviata' and always felt beauty of this scene, this version has the best matador's dance I've seen. It is amazing that up to thirsday this week I haven't knew that main dancers are Maksimova and Vasiliev; I am not a fan of ballet, but this is simply beautiful. Bravissimo!

The Russian dancers, Ekaterina Maximova and Vladimir Vasiliev are absolutely fabulous!!! This is what I like of this film, directed by Franco Zeffirelli, opera and ballet are playing together, flamboyantly!!! Great!!!
