For the green ones it says you're supposed to kick out. I think it senses you extending your knees. But I can hardly read the little hints at the bottom. Lol.

But that's what I'm confused about. What do they mean by "kick"? I try just lifting my foot off the board like the Miis are doing, and I miss it. I try kicking my leg up in the air, and I miss it! D:
