i have a question like i no u get 12 DVD's but do u no 1 each e veryday? or so u do like cardio dvd 1 day then yoga dvd 1 day and so on? cause i ordered my P90X but i dont know how to rotate the work outs.
@glbarth000 did u take any supplements or did u just eat the foods in the meal book? cause i know alot of people drank the whey protein but did u take like supplements??
@MrtBAProductions I followed the meal plan very closely and took and still use Shakeology, recovery drink and whey protein. The diet is soooo key to real success. I'd be more than happy to coach you reach your goals. Email me gregbarth@comcast.net with further questions.
@bpiceno Thanks! I ended up taking a week "off" in between each round. It was hard since I was in the mode of working out 6 days a week. I did end up doing some cardio a few days usually :-) Even if you feel good, it's still a good idea to take the time to rest your body. I highly recommend it.
So you did get those results by repeating P90X 3 times. By the way I think your results look great, and what was your ending body-fat% it looks below 10%.
@khan020202 Thanks! The biggest change for me was by the first 90 days in my waist and overall energy. I cut my BF in half after 90 to about 12-13%. More maintenance after that. I continued to drop weight. I then went to maintain mode and starting a process to build muscle mass. I am not quite sure of my BF now. Hard to get an accurate measurement. I am doing to do the 7 pt test to get a better gauge.
