Everybody have to be on the same page for this play to work. Wafer has to recognize that Yao is fronted and need to drive to the hoop. Artest need to block out Wafer's man. And Barry need to fake and pass to Wafer. Everything had to be in sync for this play to work.
I don't understand why the current rockets have this problem at all. I remember when Ewing and the Knicks tried to front Hakeem and he absolutely killed them.. Come on YAO!
If Yao ever tries to seal his men, it is automatic offense foul on "Yao". the main reason Yao can't seal his man completely is due to so called "Offense Call" ---defensive guys love to put their face under Yao's elbow.
well at least it wasnt a foul there. but the refs do make it difficult. i remeber against cleavland wallace was doing that, yao's pumpfake didnt even catch him, but offensive foul
yao is not flashy, but its sucks now that he is retired ....
