I'm sorry, I have to say it. The English accent is really bad... But, I'm sure the mousse turned out delicious, and that's all that really matters ! ^^

Mettez des écorces d'oranges confites dans votre mousse et je vous promets qu'elle sera délicieuse.
Put some crystallized oranges peels inside your "mousse" and i promise this will be very very delicious.
you can drink a Sauternes, a white Bordeaux wine very delicious too !!!! HAHAHAHA
