this guys not fast enough to be a holding midfielder, he should be an attacking midfielder.

defensive midfielder primary qualities: game reading, speed to move back quickly and burst forward, tackling skills and maybe more.

attacking midfielder: good dribbling and ball holding to pull away opposing defenders from strikers, good passing and probably more.

from what I've seen, this guy should be at Chelseas diamond head, could be the play maker that they desperately need.

He reminds me more of Kaka. The way he moves and stuff. Chelsea couldn't get Kaka so they got a younger cheaper prospect in Matic. He is a box-to-box midfielder like Gerrard that's for sure.His defensive abilities are great.Next on the map is Dzagoev.That player is like a young Lampard.But he's gonna come next year.
