Why is it that too often singers and live performers have to be perched on elevated position and big audience standing to develop deep veinous thrombosis while waatching and listening to them. Why can't these concerts be held in smaller venues and more levelled and comfortable for everybody?

This song is amongst perfect example, Ms Tunstall's song is something soothing, almost relaxing, yet neither the venue or people having to stand accomodate this relaxation and soothing.
