  • I forgot to mention the great Sofia Preobrazhenskaya...Irina Makarova is the only one who can remember the singing of this great mezzosoprano.

  • Very beautiful rendition of this aria, along with Bumbry's and Arkhipova's version this is the best, especially nowadays.
