  • 5:56 Sharpe: "I'm going mad."

  • 3:02 would have been better if Sharpe hadn't been standing in a trench

  • You know, I totally understand the urge to hang out in Sharpe's tent. But when he doesn't want you there, it sort of makes you a glutton for punishment. And yeah, I know she's a nunlet. Novice. Whatever.

  • There is one person who is a French spy

  • the row sharpe and harper had about the tunics... a treasure. somebody should send harper to westeros to get at the lannisters...

  • those two soldiers standing infront of the tent at 7:44 must have a jolly good time. the only thing that they can do to past time is having a staring competition...

  • i love how sharpe peeked at harper at 1:05 :D

  • @5:41.. hahahahhahahhahaha

  • Ok I haven't watched the rest of this movie yet nor have i read the book, but I'm going to make a "bold" prediction that Sharpe is going to boink that nun somewhere in the movie, even though she's a nun. Whos with me?

  • Long Live the King! Rule Britannia!

  • whos harper scaredof more, the fench or his mother hehe

  • Harper: (stands) "That's not your business."

Sharpe: "Whatever business it is, get it sorted out." (pushes tunics at Harper)

Harper: "If that means I'm going to wash and clean your tunics...well, I'm not." (Pushes them back)

Sharpe: "Well I'm not!" (Pushes them to Harper)

Harper: "Well I'm not!" (Throws them down and sits down)

  • This is a fan girls story this is, a mute girl being protected by a soldier.

  • Splain some theen to me Lucy. Why that nun has no clothes?

    LOL

  • 5.40. She could become a "chosen (wo)man". lol

  • lol, harper and sharpe have such a great chemistry.

  • "Look how he treat me!"

"How he treat you...I mean, how does he treat you..?"

    Hehe

  • Is shard a sex-addict? I think I hird that somewhere

  • I love how Harper says the last "well i'm not". CLASSIC.

  • @Ph2nt0m

Hehe yeah, the first time they met they kept brawling with eachother, now there arguing like an old married couple! :p

  • @MidnighWolf I know. I love this show so much but the last two episodes: peril and challenge are a waste of time. No chosen men = :(

  • I don't actually see the problem with them getting married. No-one need know that there child is a bastard and the Irish and the Spanish liked each other as fellow papists anyway.

  • Harper: If that means I'm gonna wash and clean your tunics, well, I'm not!

    Sharpe: Well I'm not!

    Harper: WELL I`M NOT!!!

  • Loved Sharpie's face when he found the girl in his clothes! LOL!

    -girl = salutes

    -sharpe = *utter disbelief*

  • You can see and hear why the Highlanders were so effective. A line of massive fuck off Scots playing bagpipes would be scary as hell.

  • Sharpe's true love is Harper. He's the only one whose always been there for him.

  • Sharpe is like one long camping trip.

  • Well, whatever you're not doing to her, go and do it!

    Quality

  • sharpe is more like a ranger specialised in guerrila warfare so he fights like that,no horse needed in mountains without roads only occasionally when there are some roads

  • question? how come sharpe is an officer but he's carrying a riffle and no horse I thought 95th riffle regiment high ranking officer have a horse, unlike other british officer just carry a hand gun with sword and a horse.

  • Sharpe is an officer from the ranks so he carries a his old rifle with him. Also right now Sharpe's too poor to buy a horse, but later he gets a horse.

  • It was customary for officers in the rifles to use rifles, for all the reasons demonstrated so well in this series. The British Rifles were inspired, or better said, precedented by the colonial ranger militia of the French-American wars of the middle 1700's (i.e. Rogers Rangers) as a long and fiercely debated struggle for a more modern army. The rifle itself wasn't without its critics, as were the men who used them.

the story actually tells this rather well. modernity versus tradition.

  • Rifles would rarely use horses due to them being skirmishers. They would pick spots to conceal themselves to pick off enemies. Rifles had greater accuracy due to the spiral groove within the barrel. You could say they were early "snipers". So having a horse carries no benefits.

  • shag off !

  • well I am not!

  • Well what have you done to her?

    Nothing!

  • Does anyone knows Little Brittain?

At 0:39 It`s EXACLY the same voice

    ,accent and confersation

    between Lou and Andy!!!!!

    '

  • Is it just me or do the scottish soldiers at 2.30 look a lot cooler than the generic Brittish ones.

  • haha, new member of the regiment? (5:37)

  • Is it me or does the south essex have a new commander every episode? do we just assume they get killed.

  • "It's not very often I raise my fist to a man"

    lol yeah, just every episode!

  • that girl was just crying for attention...

  • Comfort the poor girl,Sharpe.

  • Patrick in a sulk! xD

  • 5:37 - LOL!

  • hey what channel r they showing sharpe's peril? (the new episode)

  • UTV/ITV but i don't know when.

  • argyll and sutherland highlanders are the guys in kilts (skirts)

  • "Im not cleaning the tunics"!

    "Well I'm not either!"

    LOL

  • hehe cute little uniform xD wants!

  • I like the way he said, "She told me to shag off".

  • @KapernicusI i agree, beautiful air of nonchalance.

  • He told her to put some clothes on, didn't say what kind.

  • Many thanks for the upload
