Oh hey! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my auntie got ripped Six pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.
@PrincessNausi How so? Egg whites are pretty healthy, the egg yellow however is unhealthy and protein powder is basically a big bunch of calories and protein in one to give your body the energy it needs. Vanilla or choco protein powder are what I use to make most of my meals and they have around 14% of fat in them which is few enough to make meals out of them to lose weight and workout.
@SteadyEagle Wait are you actually serious and not trolling? In the 21st century you still believe that low fat is the way to lose fat? Please invest some money on education, its gonna make you look less ridiculous and troll like ;) A friendly advice
@Fotakou lol man you are acting excentric. I didn't say eating low fat products make you lose weight. You turn around my words and acting arrogant which makes you look pretty dumb btw. I'm saying that if you want to lose weight, you can't eat food with tons of fat in it. Makes sense? You eat fat, fat gets stored in your body, thus you become fat. That's why it's called fat, ya know mr.professor? Word of advice, you should start using your brain before talking.
@SteadyEagle Did I ever say anything about low fat products? The whole problem is thinking that even moderate fat can not make you lose fat. You can eat 60%/20%/20% fat/protein/carbs and if you have lower calories than what you expend, you are gonna lose fat. Plus you say not to eat egg yolks because the fat is in it and if you want to eat "healthy".Read some basic human nutrition and you might find out why fat and cholesterol is not problematic, and come back, newb ;)
@Fotakou Thats just complete bullshit what you´re saying there. Stop spreading lies please. Calories are important for the body. FAT calories are what one needs to avoid, not calories in general. If that was the case, diets would be successful WHICH THEY NEVER ARE BECAUSE YOUR BODY NEEDS THE CALORIES AND EATING LESS IS NOT GONNA MAKE YOU NOR YOUR BODY HAPPY. If you avoid eating too much calories because you auto reduce ur fat cal. you are gonna lose weight but hell thats NOT HEALTHY.
@Fotakou the hell you doing to your body man. I can guarantee you one thing. If you are making a diet based on trying not to take too much calories you arent gonna be able to bulk up either because your body wont be able to rebuild ur muscles after your workout. This is a fail plan.
@SteadyEagle Dude it seems to me that you have been brainwashed by too much bro-science. So unless you read some basic human nutrition and stop using the whole body building fantasies as indisputable myths, please dont bother continuing this chit chat. Read some Lyle McDonald and Alan Aragon and save yourself from future ridicule. Hell I can even provide you some material if you ask but please stop being so narrow minded
@Fotakou lol mate. I know exactly whats in the food I eat and what every part does to my body. I think you misunderstand a lot of what you might have read. Just sayin. You can tell me all you want but my body proves me right and that over the course of years. Not sure if you even made any experience already towards what hurts your body and what not. But I sure have. And I don't need whatever stuff you read cuz it must suck if you get so easily confused by such simple nutrition facts.
Just tried this. I was totally skeptical. I used 1 regular egg, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder and a dash of cinnamon. I'm floored at how good it comes out. It has a great fluffy consistency and tastes great. Its not exactly like a bisquick cake, but close enough. Now if there was an acceptable syrup...
Pro-Tip: After you spray your pan with Pam, wipe it with a paper-towel so that it looks like the spray is gone. You'll have a flat, smooth brown pancake like normal.
@720Jeff There is Jeff! Try the Walden Farms Pancake Syrup, it has 0 carbs, 0 sugar, even 0 calories! and it tasted great. No it really does! They sell it at my local Market Basket for $2.99 and at a health food store.
are you kidding me? how simple that was and it looks really good! gotta try it, but hoping i won't be disappointed in the taste. i'm guessing it doesn't matter if the protein mix is flavored or if it matters what kind of protein it is. can't wait to make it!
I don't care for the pancake, but you gave me the idea of adding the protein powder to my regular pancake recipe. great way to add healthy protein while still enjoying the occasional pancake breakfast.
@SicSeb Exactly! Why not add a tea spoon of olive oil or even flax seed oil (better in my opinion for pancakes). It is only 5 mil of fat and it is a healthy source. It will not mess up your diet, rather it will enhance it!
I'm eager to learn a little more about weight loss diets - I've been utilizing lots of DietOramy diet regime (located it on Google) for quite a few time now and I am certainly losing fat and am delighted about that!
@khajiit00 that;s actually normal over here in england, we usually have them big and thin whereas the US style is small but quite thick (no pun intended lmao)

Liked the recipe...I don't have alot of time on my hands and this recipe was easy, quick and good. It's especially good with sugar free whipped cream or Vermont brand sugar free syrup.
@SicSeb Hello. Olive oil oxidizes after 180f heat making it a trans-fat. Almond oil can take heat up to 450f without oxidation. Find the book: Fat's that Heal, Fat's that Kill.
@jdh91741 This is not true. As far as making a saturated fat, according to Dr. A. Kiritsakis, a world renowned oil chemist in Athens, in his book Olive Oil from the Tree to the Table -Second edition 1998, all oils will oxidize and hydrogenate to a tiny degree if repeatedly heated to very high temperatures such as is done in commercial frying operations. Olive-pomace oils and virgin olive oils are both highly monounsaturated oils and therefore resistant to oxidation and hydrogenation.
@leanbodylifestyle I don't know why everyone complains so much about how protein powder is incorporated in so many of your recipes! I think its awesome because I've become really bored with protein powder and skim milk with every workout!!
Nice I eat eggbeaters with salsa almost every night for my last meal ..Getting real old this looks perfect for the lazy man cooker put some zero sugar maple on it plus extra protein. Nice!
You shouldn't get used to using protein powder for every meal. Your protein should be derived from natural sources. Why don't you just cook up four eggs, add some extra whites, and top with salsa and guacamole, and cook up some turkey bacon? That breakfast has more protein, good carbs, and tons of healthy fats, plus it is a more reliable source of protein. If you want, add a slice or two of Ezekiel bread, a glass of almond milk and some green tea for antioxidants...WAY better breakfast.
@Rapaglia1 its by far superior but tht would take while alot of these recipes are just fast quick done, and also serve to keep ur sanity in tact while dieting
@jordcalifornia You must be reading too many muscle magazines. Whey protein is a good source if you have no other options. But whey protein, especially a lot of the sugar and filler-laden proteins (Muscle Milk, Cell Tech, Syntha-6, etc...) is most certainly NOT "the best protein out there." Granted, a hydrolyzed whey that has been broken down to it's smallest peptides, is better than regular whey, but the very best source of protein comes from your whole foods. Bottom line....
@jordcalifornia The egg yolk is the most nutrient-dense part of the egg. In fact, compared to the yolk, the white is almost nutritionally devoid. Obviously, nutrient timing is the most critical part of any diet strategy. That being the case, whey protein powder is not an acceptable form upon which to rely. The only time I use whey is immediately after my workout, when I'm still in an anabolic state and need rapid nutrients to the cells.
@jordcalifornia Get off of this debunked theory that fat is bad. Fat is crucial to building muscle. You just need to know when to introduce it into your meals. The only time I avoid fat is just prior to and immediately after working out. Quit reading so many muscle magazines. They are owned by the supplement companies. These magazines endorse products that don't work and are a waste of money in order to keep you coming back for more "advice" on the hopes of one day looking like the pros.
@jordcalifornia And finally, anybody can regurgitate information from the "pros," or cut and paste anything from a bodybuilding website. The fact is, 95% of the information you've been taught is just plain wrong. Ever wonder why you can't perpetually gain muscle, spend way too much on supplements, and end up feeling no different than you did before--tired and frustrated? It's because of this same recycled garbage that everybody keeps telling you, and that you keep believing. Critical thinking...
@jordcalifornia I eat 4 eggs (with yolk), tons of organic veggies, topped with guacamole, and bison/buffalo sausage or uncured pork bacon, & a cup of green tea w/ almond milk and stevia EVERY day for breakfast. I bulked up from 140 lbs. scrawny to 185 lbs. and 8.5% body fat in just over 38 weeks. My cholesterol is the lowest it's ever been, and I have outstanding bloodwork results, ranking in the top 2% nationwide. I did this, because I quit believing that whey protein is the best out there...
@Rapaglia1 It is the best out there, IT is the best form of pure protein. and you didn't bulk up 40 lbs in 38 weeks for eating one meal. You did it (if you even really did it) because you were eating the right amount of food and working out vigorously at the gym. It's all about sticking to your macro's.
@jordcalifornia You are sadly mistaken, my friend. IF and ONLY IF your diet is intact, will supplementing make a difference. And even then, whey protein in combination with other supps. will make about a 10% difference. Hands down, the VERY best protein source comes from whole food. Why, moreover HOW could you argue that?! Science has perpetually proven that time and time again. Some pros who actually know what they're doing don't even use ANY supplements at all to bulk and cut.
@jordcalifornia Am I saying that I don't use protein? No. I use a hydrolyzed whey, and cycle it with a beef protein every 16 weeks. I spike my insulin levels before, during, and after my workouts with a carb source (Vitargo) I add a Kre-Alk Creatine, BCAA's, and glutamine to keep from getting catabolic. I take a multi during the day, and a ZMA at night. They DO make a difference; but only because my micro's and macro's are well regimented. But I NEVER rely solely on whey. That's foolish.
@jordcalifornia And I never said I bulked up from one meal. WHAT?! I was making a point about having a more pure form of protein for breakfast that will net you FAR superior results in your effort to bulk up. You're ABSOLUTELY correct in stating that it is due to eating the right amount (of GOOD food, of course) and working out vigorously. That being said, I also allot at least 8 hours of sleep a night for recovery. Muscle building actually takes place during rest; not during gym time...
@jordcalifornia And I never overdo it in the gym. I work out 4-5 times a week for an hour at most each time. I'm strictly maintaining now, as I'm happy with my size. But during my transformational period, I applied the "muscle overload" theory--doing the most amount of work in the least amount of time. And during cutting phases, I do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) which combines weight training, core exercises, intense short rounds of cardio, flexibility, and stability training...
@jordcalifornia I'm double majored with a B.S. in Kinesiology and Sports Nutrition, a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer, MAT Lower Body Specialist, and CrossFit Level 1 certified. I've been doing this long enough to know that whey protein is simply a substitute for real protein. In other words, it works in a pinch. But it is far from "the best form of pure protein." When I was 20 years old, I believed the same things that you do now.
@jordcalifornia If you are going to supplement with protein powders, at least make sure you know the quality of the product you purchase. Obviously, the best source is a hydrolyzed whey, as it is the most digestible. Regardless, mass amounts of protein powder is damaging to the liver; which reinforces the fact that powdered whey does not compare to whole food sources in terms of efficacy and purity. Your body was not designed to consume large amounts of modified protein sources.
This is retarded. Why would you cut out carbohydrates? The body runs on carbs..if you deplete your glycogen you will fail miserably. Stupid misinformed idiots spreading more misinformation. I'm flagging this video.
@jazzbaer1986 Are you stupid? Clearly you don't understand that the body runs on carbohydrates and simple sugars from a natural source IE: Fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, rice. If you DEPLETE YOUR GLYCOGEN as i stated in my first comment, you literally won't be able to work out without dying within 5 minutes. Please get a basic understanding of how the body functions and what cells run on before you post stupid comments. NO ONE can work out intensely without sufficient carbohydrates. That is fact
stop reading, start trying. I lost about 4kilo of fett in one mounth. This is just a temporary diet to get off the fett.
And sure the workout was not easyer but no real difficuilties at all. I know what the body neat and long time ago i gave him to much and so i had a long hard way to get me in shape. Also with veg and fruits, but cuttign the carbs out was the fastest way. That is what the people call experience, when you now how your body reacts on different diets and work outs.
And if you think the your are the god of diets and work outs, then its your opinion.
I am quiet happy with my work out (and i am quit big, dont now your size) and i will make a diet in the next weeks again with out carbs to flet my belly a bit (i have no sixpack dont wont to just to feel better) and i will work out fucking hart, so like i did the last time. the haltfof the training is mentally,so that i can push my self very far.No reason to write same offenses against me or the gay in the video
@jazzbaer1986 Clearly you are too stupid to understand what I'm trying to say. Get a basic understanding of human physiology PLEASE. Go to 30 bananas a day dot com.
@MrMaryJanes this is not about a vegan diet what i mean or the gay in the video. Its about a another extrem lifestyle(but also extrem like vegan). And i dont now what a normal website could help me(there is nothing scientific) and its not for people like me because we just life another lifestyle. And your way of having an discussion is really great, evverybody with another lifestyle and targets in his life is stupid or what?I reached almost my goals.Eat more meat friend maybe it makes you friendly
@MrMaryJanes and just one last thing, piss off from sites where people with other targets and backrounds helping each other. You eat your banana and everything is fine.
But we wont to grow and be big not organic.
Iam really sorry this is not your topic. And i am sure that you are the half of my size.
So how coud someone like you teaching me anything. Tell me that.
I know there a healthier ways but this is not only about healthier its about bigger.
@devilzsmile Right. Enjoy your low carb pancakes. I'll be feasting on 4000 calories a day from a high carb lifestyle and blowing your fatass out of the water .
@MrMaryJanes and to the topic 'NO ONE can work intensely without sufficient carbohydrates'
you ever tried it. And what kind of workout do you mean. A bodybuilder cares most about his protein, and some high quali carbs (like in fruits) but not to many over a day, when he tries to loss bodyfat.
Thats the way what ever you talk.
I make my experience with it and it worked fine. Dont now what you want to tell me but, when you want to eat bananas its fine to me but then you watched the wrong video
Hey your probably not going to read this, but I know at least one of you will. I've been inspired to make health and fitness videos and I want to spread the word about it. Would you please take a second to view my channel and tell me what you think about the video. Thanks guys

Lets not lie to ourselves, all that Ron Weasly does in his 'high protein recipes' is just add protein shake power to normal recipes... sorry for ruining your future video plans Ron :[
What exactly is in egg beaters, we don't have it in South Africa.
My pancakes are: 2/3 cup Stone ground brown flour, 2 jumbo eggs, 2 scoops of mass gainer, and a little water (and honey if u want it sweet) in the blender, then I make sure I make it thin in the pan. When its done I add honey and cinnamon and roll it.
I tried your pancake recipe today, adding 1/2 tsp of baking powder to make it fluffy. Excellent result and very filling. I am post gastric bypass and my hubby is diabetic and we will make this again. Thanks for lots of great recipes. PS. my kids love your protein bars.

And about the egg yolks, WRONG! Egg yolks contain vitamins, true.

Rapaglia1 3 months ago
@Rapaglia1 its by far superior but tht would take while alot of these recipes are just fast quick done, and also serve to keep ur sanity in tact while dieting
Strengthnerd5 3 months ago
@Rapaglia1 Because then you get fats that you don't need or that won't fit in your macro's. And Protein Whey is the best protein out there just FYI.
jordcalifornia 3 months ago
@jordcalifornia You must be reading too many muscle magazines. Whey protein is a good source if you have no other options. But whey protein, especially a lot of the sugar and filler-laden proteins (Muscle Milk, Cell Tech, Syntha-6, etc...) is most certainly NOT "the best protein out there." Granted, a hydrolyzed whey that has been broken down to it's smallest peptides, is better than regular whey, but the very best source of protein comes from your whole foods. Bottom line....
Rapaglia1 3 months ago
@jordcalifornia The egg yolk is the most nutrient-dense part of the egg. In fact, compared to the yolk, the white is almost nutritionally devoid. Obviously, nutrient timing is the most critical part of any diet strategy. That being the case, whey protein powder is not an acceptable form upon which to rely. The only time I use whey is immediately after my workout, when I'm still in an anabolic state and need rapid nutrients to the cells.
Rapaglia1 3 months ago
@jordcalifornia Get off of this debunked theory that fat is bad. Fat is crucial to building muscle. You just need to know when to introduce it into your meals. The only time I avoid fat is just prior to and immediately after working out. Quit reading so many muscle magazines. They are owned by the supplement companies. These magazines endorse products that don't work and are a waste of money in order to keep you coming back for more "advice" on the hopes of one day looking like the pros.
Rapaglia1 3 months ago
@jordcalifornia And finally, anybody can regurgitate information from the "pros," or cut and paste anything from a bodybuilding website. The fact is, 95% of the information you've been taught is just plain wrong. Ever wonder why you can't perpetually gain muscle, spend way too much on supplements, and end up feeling no different than you did before--tired and frustrated? It's because of this same recycled garbage that everybody keeps telling you, and that you keep believing. Critical thinking...
Rapaglia1 3 months ago
Rapaglia1 3 months ago
@Rapaglia1 It is the best out there, IT is the best form of pure protein. and you didn't bulk up 40 lbs in 38 weeks for eating one meal. You did it (if you even really did it) because you were eating the right amount of food and working out vigorously at the gym. It's all about sticking to your macro's.
jordcalifornia 3 months ago
@jordcalifornia You are sadly mistaken, my friend. IF and ONLY IF your diet is intact, will supplementing make a difference. And even then, whey protein in combination with other supps. will make about a 10% difference. Hands down, the VERY best protein source comes from whole food. Why, moreover HOW could you argue that?! Science has perpetually proven that time and time again. Some pros who actually know what they're doing don't even use ANY supplements at all to bulk and cut.
Rapaglia1 3 months ago
@jordcalifornia Am I saying that I don't use protein? No. I use a hydrolyzed whey, and cycle it with a beef protein every 16 weeks. I spike my insulin levels before, during, and after my workouts with a carb source (Vitargo) I add a Kre-Alk Creatine, BCAA's, and glutamine to keep from getting catabolic. I take a multi during the day, and a ZMA at night. They DO make a difference; but only because my micro's and macro's are well regimented. But I NEVER rely solely on whey. That's foolish.
Rapaglia1 3 months ago
@jordcalifornia And I never said I bulked up from one meal. WHAT?! I was making a point about having a more pure form of protein for breakfast that will net you FAR superior results in your effort to bulk up. You're ABSOLUTELY correct in stating that it is due to eating the right amount (of GOOD food, of course) and working out vigorously. That being said, I also allot at least 8 hours of sleep a night for recovery. Muscle building actually takes place during rest; not during gym time...
Rapaglia1 3 months ago
@jordcalifornia And I never overdo it in the gym. I work out 4-5 times a week for an hour at most each time. I'm strictly maintaining now, as I'm happy with my size. But during my transformational period, I applied the "muscle overload" theory--doing the most amount of work in the least amount of time. And during cutting phases, I do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) which combines weight training, core exercises, intense short rounds of cardio, flexibility, and stability training...
Rapaglia1 3 months ago
@jordcalifornia I'm double majored with a B.S. in Kinesiology and Sports Nutrition, a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer, MAT Lower Body Specialist, and CrossFit Level 1 certified. I've been doing this long enough to know that whey protein is simply a substitute for real protein. In other words, it works in a pinch. But it is far from "the best form of pure protein." When I was 20 years old, I believed the same things that you do now.
Rapaglia1 3 months ago

MrMaryJanes 4 months ago
If you wont to losse weight an build up some muscles then you cut out the carbs.
And if your body only runs on carbs sonething is terrible wrong.
jazzbaer1986 4 months ago
@jazzbaer1986 Are you stupid? Clearly you don't understand that the body runs on carbohydrates and simple sugars from a natural source IE: Fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, rice. If you DEPLETE YOUR GLYCOGEN as i stated in my first comment, you literally won't be able to work out without dying within 5 minutes. Please get a basic understanding of how the body functions and what cells run on before you post stupid comments. NO ONE can work out intensely without sufficient carbohydrates. That is fact
MrMaryJanes 4 months ago
stop reading, start trying.
That is what the people call experience, when you now how your body reacts on different diets and work outs.
yours sincerely
jazzbaer1986 4 months ago
And if you think the your are the god of diets and work outs, then its your opinion.
I am quiet happy with my work out (and i am quit big, dont now your size) and i will make a diet in the next weeks again with out carbs to flet my belly a bit (i have no sixpack dont wont to just to feel better) and i will work out fucking hart, so like i did the last time. the haltfof the training is mentally,so that i can push my self very far.No reason to write same offenses against me or the gay in the video
jazzbaer1986 4 months ago
@jazzbaer1986 Clearly you are too stupid to understand what I'm trying to say. Get a basic understanding of human physiology PLEASE. Go to 30 bananas a day dot com.
MrMaryJanes 4 months ago
@MrMaryJanes this is not about a vegan diet what i mean or the gay in the video. Its about a another extrem lifestyle(but also extrem like vegan). And i dont now what a normal website could help me(there is nothing scientific) and its not for people like me because we just life another lifestyle. And your way of having an discussion is really great, evverybody with another lifestyle and targets in his life is stupid or what?I reached almost my goals.Eat more meat friend maybe it makes you friendly
jazzbaer1986 4 months ago
@MrMaryJanes and just one last thing, piss off from sites where people with other targets and backrounds helping each other. You eat your banana and everything is fine.
But we wont to grow and be big not organic.
Iam really sorry this is not your topic. And i am sure that you are the half of my size.
So how coud someone like you teaching me anything. Tell me that.
I know there a healthier ways but this is not only about healthier its about bigger.

devilzsmile 4 months ago
@MrMaryJanes and to the topic 'NO ONE can work intensely without sufficient carbohydrates'
you ever tried it. And what kind of workout do you mean. A bodybuilder cares most about his protein, and some high quali carbs (like in fruits) but not to many over a day, when he tries to loss bodyfat.
Thats the way what ever you talk.
I make my experience with it and it worked fine. Dont now what you want to tell me but, when you want to eat bananas its fine to me but then you watched the wrong video
jazzbaer1986 4 months ago
@jazzbaer1986 - Carbs are the body's primary source of energy. If you're working out hard, you should be eating a good amount of carbs.
