  • I suffer from the same syndrome, It is the most peculiar thing and sadly all natural as I don't honestly know what it's like to move my hands entirely asynchronously without involuntary movement.

    I've taken up Sign Language to improve development and conscious control of the phenomena.. It's effective but one must persist and whenever control is relaxed it occurs again.. It becomes.. effectively.. something I must simply live with.

  • @Slizarus same here, i play the guitar a lot, which is extremely difficult, But i have learned to somewhat suppress it.

    i have had it since i was born, like you said, we will have to learn to live with it.

  • Can you do mirror writing? You probably can--it's actually very easy for people with bimanual synkinesis...the hard part is getting someone to hold the paper down for you ;)
