@Dune571 lol thanks for the compliment, though it's hard to believe because my hair was JACKED UP in this video...and I do agree, the hoodie is FRESH.
Erm, what are you talking about? Privacy settings haven't changed, if you don't want anyone to see wall posts, status updates or events go to privacy settings and click customise. I really don't understand what this little rant was about.
@jazANDbase true the settings haven't changed, but I'm not talking about that. I was referring to the fact that the information that IS shared is shared in much greater detail now; that hasn't changed. For example, if I were to write "hey, what's up" on your wall, instead of MY recent activities saying only that I wrote on your wall (which I used to be able to disable but not anymore), it will now quote what I wrote. Not that I write anything worth hiding, but I found it way too creepy.
@gaellissa There's a checkbox for that in the privacy settings or when you make a post, comment, update or like you can go to your profile page and delete the notice which says "this person did this" it will then be deleted from all your friends news / recent feeds as well.
@jazANDbase the checkbox option was removed a long time ago for some reason. Going back and deleting the recent activity is definitely an option, and that's what I do, but it's tedious. I really wish that checkbox was back... However, I ended up liking the new facebook because it's incentive for me to not only narrow down my connections, but also to choose more personal interactions with the connections I do have...kinda made me realize how much I relied on FB for my social life.
@gaellissa Ok, I still don't really understand the problem but if you have people in your friends list that you aren't really friends with and wouldn't want them to see what's going on then I can understand that. But what you can do is create a privacy list and then add the people you don't want to see your status posts, event details ect to that list, then they wont be able to see those things on your profile or in their news feed (and at the same time keeping them on your friend list).
I think you look pretty in this video - just a positive compliment!
Oh, and that hoody looks FRESH.
