Regretsy raised money for children's toys for Christmas. Paypal closed it and said that they're not a charity so they can't raise money for children, BUT DID ADMIT that if they were raising money for a sick cat it's allowed. SO, since Regretsy isn't a charity, they refunded everyone's money...... after taking a cut of the fees. So they denied children toys for christmas, AND MADE MONEY DOING IT. Interesting.

Well the thing is you are to dispute the charge to your credit card company. That's what i did. If oaypal aint worth shit. Call your bank and they will do chargeback and you will get all your money back and guess what? PAYPAL will be hit!!! Btw you're cute what's your phone number? haha
Needless to say PayPal was very upset, froze my PayPal account (like i care, i never keep money IN the account) and sent me an angry letter saying I violated their terms of service by having my bank issue a chargeback. They unfroze it within 3-4 days, for whatever reason.

I disputed the charge, the mechant elevated it and since you can only get a refund for "items not received" as opposed to "item significantly not described" ( buy, say an iphone and get a kyocera... well you GOT the phone, it's just not what was described), paypal ruled in their favor and the merchant got their money.

You can't have stupid goofs using PayPal. Well the thing is you are to dispute the charge to your credit card company. That's what i did. If oaypal aint worth shit. Call your bank and they will do chargeback and you will get all your money back and guess what? PAYPAL will be hit!!! Btw you're cute what's your phone number? haha

Needless to say PayPal was very upset, froze my PayPal account (like i care, i never keep money IN the account) and sent me an angry letter saying I violated their terms of service by having my bank issue a chargeback. They unfroze it within 3-4 days, for whatever reason.

I used PayPal to purchase a service, which I didn't get. I disputed the charge, the mechant elevated it and since you can only get a refund for "items not received" as opposed to "item significantly not described" ( buy, say an iphone and get a kyocera... well you GOT the phone, it's just not what was described), paypal ruled in their favor and the merchant got their money.
Lol! I disputed the PayPal charge with my credit card company (at the time WaMu), and my account was credited in full

I've been with paypal almost 10 yrs and have NEVER had a single issue with them. I not only use them exclusively for most online purchases (incld ebay) but also use them for accepting pymts for transactions thru my personal website. I'm not trying to be a spokesman for them by any means but I do appreciate good reliable service...esp over a long period of time.

Lost $200.00 with PayPal on a Ebay item,the seller was a complet boggus site,even Ebay admited it,it took a month for PayPal to investigate the whole transaction i was sending e-mails every day.At the end PayPal said they could not find the seller so that was it,$200.00 gone thats wat they call Buyer Protection 100% your money Garanteed.

Yeah. Paypal sucks. I have not actually lost my money. I can't even pay for anything. It appears that my credit card is on some kind of fraud detection list. Who knows where the details are... either way, I even can not pay with paypal account balance either. What does customer service say ? Just tells me to do something unrelated, then apologises that it still does not work and give up. Screw you paypal. Caveat Emptor.

You can't have stupid goofs using PayPal. You need to read the fine print and know how to use the system inside and out and believe me the majority of users don't and you wonder why so many people get screwed with them. Same thing with credit cards, people misuse them as if it's free money then they get screwed with $1000s in debt. I personally use PayPal for my businesses and personal use and I once had some british person try to steal money out and I contacted PayPal & everything was resolved.

Screw-PayPal's PRO ToolKit 2011 is a RIPOFF. This website contains links to AlertPay where they only take Visa/Amex & once you make the payment you get NOTHING. They expect you to jump through more hoops & copy the payment number into the re: line of an email & then send it to screw-paypal & WAIT to get their "toolkit". NOTHING comes &THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. AlertPay is no help either. They say you must WAIT 5 DAYS FOR A REPLY FROM SCREW-PAYPAL before they will do anything!
