I like the 2 rail cars because they dont sit so high off the tracks like the 3 rail ones do!
If I did an O scale layout (which I'm debating to start), it woul dhave to be 2 rail. Is 2 rail much more expensive than 3 rail?

@Amtrak1194 If you shop around like eBay and Train shows you can get 2 rail rolling stock cheap. I have bought alot of 2 rail rolling stock (boxcars) for 10$ a piece if you going new some 2 rail is the same price as 3 rail and somtime they charge more. on ebay I have manage to get some engines with sound for under 200$ but that dosent happen often. Dont forget that you can buy wheel sets and convert some all it take is poping out a set of wheel and changing to 2 rail wheel.
