Has anyone ever been low and listened to the words of this song, it brings such upliftment and reminds us of Gods unending love for us. One thing we should all remember is that whatever we are going through today in our lives, he had given us the grace to overcome temptations and sin. In the case where we do fall, we should always remember that he is our father and he would NEVER TURN AWAY A REOENTANT CHILD.His unending love will be our strenght through this world...

Nice video. This is my favorite of Cece Winan's songs. I read a sermon preached in 1868 that talks very eloquently about the depth of this woman's praise through thesimple act of washing Jesus' feet. It had a poem accompanying the sermon. I'll post as a separate post.

This is a wonderful and inspiring song.

But just to clarify, the Mary that is talked bout is NOT Mary Magdalene. It was most likely Mary of Bethany who washed his feet with the oils. Or a separate woman all together. Because of people like Saint Hippolytus of Rome and Pope Gregory I who combined them into one person.
