@kevinhawj13 im not sure if you know already but tie chi teaches to take attacks and send them back with quick attacks the thing you are seeing is a method to practice each strike "to so something fast it would help to start slow for example 0:050:160:47 are all strikes you just have to see there hidden message you know?.. there are alot of other attacks in the whole thing but im too lazy to say all of them...but in general those are the attacks and in a fight you use them fast of course
@XLRO8 So it's all about countering if thats what you mean? If so then wow that is good for a self defense ahaha. Sorry didn't think of Tai chi as a counter fighting style I was thinking of aggressive attacks only. Thanks
Oustanding demo video! Thank you, this really helps to improve my 42-stunt tai ji a greal deal. By the way, this is 42 tai ji alright. I've already finished 24-form, 42-form and 56-form tai ji.
Very nice. Again, though, I wish the complete form was shown. Form 42 is my favorite to practice so I can really appreciate the insighful info here. Again, thanks!
not to disresepect but how can you defend with these moves? Won't you be beaten down already? Can someone help me who has experience

This is Tai Ji 42 - the highest level for professional Tai Ji competition. Just search for Gao JiaMin, she is the only best one ever.

This is definitely 42 forms. 48 forms are similar.

great to see....48 and 42 forms must be similar...studied this form for 9 years....definately 42 step by professor Li De Yin..

Very nice, thank you for posting this. A little suggestion for correction: this is 48-form Taijing.
