These "Mindless Sheep" have been conditioned into believing all that the watchtower society deems as "TRUTH." Blind obedience or you are shunned, which is far worse than an islamic honor killing. When you are disfeffowshipped, you are cast out from "jehova's protection" and his other mindless lambs. Your family turns their backs on you as if you are dead. My parents and some siblings are dead. I never went to their funerals, not because I was not welcome, but because I moved on.
OOOOOOOOH HELL YES!!!! muslims do honor killings, the jw'S destroy lives with their brainwashing. The SHUNNING has been worse than death for some. I was one of the lucky ones who survived the "shunning bullet." Yes, they are a dangerous fanatical cult.
The jehovah's witnesses are an insidious cult of fanatics. They are like the taliban, instead of guns and bombs to spread their religious dogma, they have perfected brainwashing. So many lives have been ruined by them. EXPOSE THEM FOR WHAT THEY ARE...EVIL
Daily Mail 20.01.2012. Gary Glitter - perv an paedophile, lost soul needs JW help to became one of JW. And JW are happy to save the lost soul.
Daily Mail 20.01.2012 - "killers out of jail do kill again" - but JW happy to save them souls, and once them baptized, can be GREAT MAN among the congregations. BUT YET normal, ordinary JW when do not agree with GOV. BODY been shunned, emotionally blakmailed etc. When you kiss a girl, maybe smoke, or go for a party, well you are worst then paedophile.
To all brainwashed JW - you are not unique or special, super moral and so on... There are millions of people in this world who are kind, loving parents, friends, who love all people, who accept them as they are. Who no need them so called truth to be a great persons. And honestly by reading all this JW comments, I think, that many of JW who are writting here are very insecured, lost persons, with personality dissorders, who affraid, for whom commenting here is a form of therapy. Wake up pls.
WT teaching are extremely dangerouse. People are being brain washed to extreme. WT teaching are extreme and fanatical!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For JW person who did killings, drug dealing, destroyed life of innocent - but yet found the WT TRUTH - this people are GREAT!!!!! But someone who was JW but disagree with WT or start smoke is Evil. HOw EVIL IS this idea? Yes indeed WT and so called GB should be perished by Jahve or Jehowah, or civil court...
@SuperRomanticheart - The Watchtower would never admit this openly. The accuracy of the child-molestation coverup has been confirmed by several world-class journalistic organizations including NBC - Dateline program in 2002, the BBC (on its Panorama program) and on Australia's channel 9. Also the Watchtower settled with several grown-up victims of past child molestation in 2007 according to Dateline. You can look up "Watchtower settlement 2007" on Google.
@Scrappycrafts To put it into scope for you as to how irrelevant your"blood transfusion" stance is..the JW's complained about Guns 'N' Roses at an assembly in 1988. Having said that..your stance is like saying "because the JW's complained about Guns N Roses..they are entirely responsible for contemporary music today".Your points are so myopic..it would take the better part of a week just explaining caricatures of these concepts so you could launch any relevant objection to them.
VAIO294 I gave up a friend because she was drunkard, did drugs, let her son do drugs with her and cursed my husband and relgion not because she thought It was the anitchrist as she had no religion. She said she did not want to be a hypacrite by drinking and smoking then go to any church. She also cursed was a horny drunk and would kiss anyone and I mean anyone. that is why I had to let her go. The other one different reason not getting into.
ok what about every other person out there who predicts the end like 2012 or last yr or the yr before. No one knows the end not even Jesus the son Of God.
(John 3:36) . . .He that exercises faith in the Son has everlasting life; he that disobeys the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains upon him.
notice all your scriptures say "who beleives" not exercise faith.
@SuperRomanticheart I'm not angry and I wasn't when I wrote it...so strike 3 on understanding it's "tone". It is human nature to default "all bad" when something is an unknown. I'm not writing emotionally...you however...are. This is the part where we go our separate ways because absolutely nothing good can come out of this. Peace.
first the Bible says we should not judge one another. So why would you use this to judge them? Yes things change over time as in teachings( because we learn more) so do others as in a priest can now marry in other churches. How would you like to be accused of such things if there is only one witness and condemned for it? I would not.
@SuperRomanticheart ..Logic does not work in that direction my dear. If it is your position...it is YOUR burden to prove your position. To say otherwise is a fundamental logical fallacy....and before you start in on reason and logic..just a heads up...you may want to consider that God made those in the first place for our benefit...and if you are a "believer"...I'd be really careful in what attributes you deem less worthy than others in an all powerful God.
@SuperRomanticheart Would they? you mean "less selfish" men as in "brothers in good standing" but "non-witness" women wouldnt be welcome would they. Would you consider "non witness" women to be..and I quote you, "disease ridden whores" or contaminants. By the way you have a super romantic use of language. And the dramatic visuals to match. Sex in zoos with disease ridden whores?. Where did you learn to think and express yourself like that? its v appealing.
they CANT report abuse of a CHILD thats obserd so are all the CONTROLING they do of how & how not a person can live THERE lives i cant be friends now of the 3 Jw that r in my building ( this makes me very sad) JW's they r being soooo descriminating, & narrow minded
@candlelight482 First if you do not follow the Bible and its teaching why would I want to wast my valueable time on you when I could be learning Bible truths and followling Jesus examples. The Bible says people are like sponges if we hang with stupid people we act stupid. If we hang with knowledgeable people we are knowledgeable. (Proverbs 13:20) 20 He that is walking with wise persons will become wise, but he that is having dealings with the stupid ones will fare badly.
@Scrappycrafts I agree who we sociallize w is very important But from the imformation I've gathered from my neighbors who are JW and this video I find there ways disturbing and unchristian, especially how Jw can't be friends w someone outside there religion other religions don't do that, I have jewish friends, catholic friends & I was baptised Luthern I don't practice however that does'nt make me a bad person, Im not.
@candlelight482 (John 15:19) . . .If YOU were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because YOU are no part of the world, but I have chosen YOU out of the world, on this account the world hates YOU.
@Scrappycrafts just because a person is other than JW does'n t mean there Robbers, smokers, drinkers, Gamblers Etc Im certainly not & would'nt socialize w anyone like that I find this RULE of there's very shallow & narrow mined
@MrQuad ~ {{" tell me where is his true Organization?"}}
God NEVER say you get to Him or to Eternal Life thru an "organization" or religion?
You do NOT get to God or Eternal Life thru ANY religion.
GOD says when you Repent of your Sins and place your Trust in the PERSON of JESUS Christ, by BELIEVING on JESUS to save you, you are then FORGIVEN OF OUR SINS and you then **HAVE** Eternal Life, APART from ANY "Organization".
@VAIO294 (John 3:16) . . .For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life. . .
notice it says everyone exercising faith not just having faith.
@Scrappycrafts ~ Jesus repeatedly used the word **BELIEVE**, not “Exercise Faith”, as He addressed our need to **BELIEVE** On and In Him, even for our Salvation.
Your NWT has CHANGED the word **BELIEVE** to the phrase, **Exercise Faith**.
The phrase **Exercise Faith** WRONGLY implies "WORK", as if you have to "Work" for your Eternal Life.. You DON'T work to get Salvation, our Eternal Life is a FREE GIFT!
@Scrappy~ To a man Born blind, that Jesus Healed, Jesus asked him: "Do you *BELIEVE* in the Son of God?".. The man answered Jesus and said, "YES Lord, I BELIEVE!"- John 9:35
In Matt 9:28, Jesus says *BELIEVE*, not “exercise faith“, when He spoke to two other men who wanted to be healed.. Jesus asked them,, "Do you *BELIEVE* that I am able to do this?",,"YES, Lord," they replied.”
So, there is a BELIEVING on JESUS that is Not connected to “works” as the phrase “Exercise Faith” WRONGLY implies.
@Scrappy ~ When we repent from our Sins and then **BELIEVE** on JESUS and His SIN ATONING BLOOD as our Salvation, our Sins are then Forgiven!
And with this **FORGIVENESS of our SINS**, we *HAVE* Eternal Life as a FREE GIFT from GOD, simply because HE LOVES US.
**John 3:36 ~ *Whoever **BELIEVES** on JESUS CHRIST *HAS* Everlasting Life".
**Acts 10:43 ~ *All the prophets testify about JESUS Christ that **EVERYONE** who **BELIEVES** in JESUS receives **FORGIVENESS OF SINS** through JESUS name.*
@VAIO294 The Point is! You cannot save your life just when you have faith! Jesus said we have to preach the kingdom to all the people in the work. So if you dont follow his steps and preach from house to house, from city to city, from country to country. then you are lost anyway! And yes Eternal Life is thru Jesus Christ thats right! no one comes to the father but through me!
***Acts 10:43 ~ *All the prophets testify about JESUS CHRIST that EVERYONE who Believes in JESUS receives FORGIVENESS OF SINS through HIS name."
***John 3:36 ~ *Whoever Believes on JESUS CHRIST **HAS** Everlasting Life”
***John 6:40 ~ “JEHOVAH'S will is that EVERYONE who LOOKS TO JESUS and BELIEVES in Him shall have Eternal Life, and I, JESUS, shall raise him up at the last day.”
Chatholics need to be eradicated.....MY bible says: John 4.3: Be aware there are ass fuckers out there, unbeknown to him they comes forth out of the Catholic Church.I sayeth unto you behold the catholic ass fucker is amongst you.
I don't care about slander but when you say that jws shelter perverts I come to realize how ignorant you really are. When there is a matter that conflicts with mans laws like murder the elders call the cops they don't try to resolve it themselves.
@GroundUnit8 YOU are just not right. YOU are believing heresay and lies, twisted truths and partial truths. SATAN tricks people into hating Jesus' true disciples. I believe in the bible.I compare what I am taught with what THE BIBLE says, not as others on YOUTUBE do, reading 'books' filled with misunderstandings, and outright MISINFORMATION, and FALSEHOOD.I TRUST in the Word of God COMPLETELY. I don't listen to 'men' who lie, I LISTEN to JESUS CHRIST!-Colossians 2:8-Look out! you may be lied to!
This man who made this video is not accurate. Moses led God's people in ancient times. The disciples lead people to accurate knowledge back in Jesus' day=Matthew chap.10. The apostle Paul and older men led the early Christian congregation. The bible says in the time of the end, true knowledge would become abundant=Daniel 12:4. Acts 1:8-Jesus says he will be with us to preach worldwide-Matthew 24:14,28:19,20. We are preaching God's name=Jehovah, and God's kingdom soon to come!-Matthew 6:9,10 :D
You know,I found the greatest, most EFFECTIVE WAY to get rid of the GUILT of leaving Jehovah's Witnessess..YOU won't believe how free you feel, how good life can be..FOR REAL..I left Jehovah's Witnesses 5 TIMES! I felt so bad,so rotten, so lowly.I felt WORTHLESS! I couldn't stand to be in my own skin! I understand how frustrating it can be..TRULY HARD!! Well, here is the BEST answer you could ever, ever, ever, find, I guarantee! Here it is...ready for it? OK, it's easy-GO BACK : D
But as Luke 16:10 says "The person faithful in what is least is faithful also in much, and the person unrighteous in what is least is unrighteous also in much." And 2 Timothy 3:16 says, "All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness," Truely we want to make sure we do all we can to please God, even accepting our imperfection caused by Adam, down to the most minut detail. We love Jehovah deeply!
JWs are very contemptuous of other forms of Christianity. Any other form. They also see people who are NOT JWs as being "worldly" and DO avoid contact with them. I have first hand experience with this. I am not an ex JW, I have no particular axe to grind but I saw what I saw. I lived with JWs and KNEW I was not seen as an equal or one of them, merely tolerated. It was a very weird experience. I was often accused of being 'evil'. I am a Christian and have always been.
@Sooosanah2 As the Bible says we are to have no part of the world. So yes, we try to avoid associating as much as it's reasonable to do so with unbelievers, but as Paul mentioned it's impossible to completely remove yourself from the world. How you view it is up to you. But it's not harming you.
@MrFarren66 - Lies? Show me just ONE in this video. - I have not made a JW look like the fool they are in an hour or two. So PLEASE tell me where the lie is, so I can slam dunk you.
If you choose to live your life different from our beliefs, please live it peacefully without contempt for us or any religion of group.
And finally, a large amount of this information is incorrect. If you truely desire the truth, find the information out first-person, face to face with a Witness. Please don't rely on the internet as a solid source for information, especially on religions.
@mrglubglub Thing is you (like video says) lie about this. Every thing quoted in this video was from the WTBS's articles. So for you to say this your lieing. I was raised a JW Never got baptized, but i know this video to be true. The WTBS's own articles condemn them. They will print something and when it bites them they change it in the CD-rom and the bound volumes to cover their tracks. Theres a video on here of a UK guy who proves this. The father of the lie is who? God hates a lie PERIOD!!!!!
@scorpa65 As some who is a JW, I find no reason to argue with anyone, just to defend myself. You are making claims against something I didn't do. Don't slander me by putting words in my mouth. I'm no longer wishing to argue with anyone here. Just don't hurt me or my people for living our own lives. We are not hurting anyone, and have no intention of doing so. You merely fill in the blanks with your hatred.
@mrglubglub - Not hurting anyone? What about those you drive to suicide over your shunning policy?....shunning for such "serious" sins as sending a birthday card, voting, or visiting another church.
@GungHo1032 I can't control what people choose to do with their lives. If they have suicidal thoughts they have suicidal thoughts. I haven't heard of any such cases but as we get further and further from perfection our minds have a harder and harder time coping, sometimes convincing ourselves God doesn't love us regardless of what people tell them. I hope you didn't lose a loved one to such a circumstance.
As for your definition of 'serious' sins; As we read throughout Leviticus, down to the cubit of measurement Jehovah had specific instructions down to the most minut detail on how he wanted his ark of the covenant designed. He has a very specific way he wishes to be preached. He is a loving, happy, and reasonable God, though. Mistakes are made, but it's a matter of our own heart. That's what makes His justice so vastly superior to what we each say about ourselves. He can read our hearts!
It's quoted because it's from the Bible. To claim we are 'dangerous' shows signs of hatred, let alone towards a religion that isn't harming anyone. If we don't encourage ones within our religion to become too influenced by ones outside, how are we even bothering you? It's hateful. That is where the 'danger' lies, and it's towards us.
To pick out quotes out of an entire article explaining it's detailed purpose, and then present them in short stints back to back surely can present a view that only continues to encourage blind ignorance and intolerance towards religion from an outside point of view. The truth is all our beliefs, whether you agree with them or not, are based and backed up 100% on the Bible, from disfellowshipping to the organization of the congregation to the "faithful and discreet slave".
The more you want the truth, the more you study the bible, then you know JW's is true! Jesus said there is only one path to the truth...READ Matthew 7:13,14, ..."few are the ones finding it." JW's are the only ones following Jesus Christ today. They are obedient to Jesus when he taught his disciples to preach the good news of God's Kingdom. They follow Matthew 6:9,10, keeping God's name hallowed, or holy, using and honoring his Most Holy Name-JEHOVAH. We are witnesses that Jehovah is God!
I didn't even watch the whole video and i already know its wrong because the two first statements are incorrect. I've been a jehovahs witness for an extremely long time and never have I heard those first two comments. Also I can't believe there is so much hatred toward "JW's" just because people think we're incorrect. All religions think the others are incorrect.
@dono506 I'm being raised in the truth right now and hate it! i hear those comments all the time. I'm not allowed to have any association with kids at school.I'm sure you've never heard that witnesses aren't supposed to do internet research on the society either!
A secret JW database of 23,000 SELF CONFESSED CHILD MOLESTERS remains unviewed by the FBI because the New World Society claims 'religious privilege'. JWs claim that the Roman Catholic Church is part of Satan's 'Babylon the Great' (the worldwide empire of false religion) yet they do less about protecting children because of the ''Biblical' Two Witness Rule! What child rapist performs in front of two witnesses? Welcome to Paedophile Paradise! They only have to 'repent' to carry on, thank God!
Honestly, I was raised without a religion, but eventually became a Witness. Looking at other Christian religions, they twist what the bible says, make you fear God (which you should, but not the way they tell you to), and make you pay. It's basically "Yeah, your mom died, but if you give us money, we'll send them to heaven!" Speaking of Heaven, why did they create Hell? Would God REALLY put you through that? No! He loves you!
I have to agree. I'm 21 but I was raised as one by my grandmother. Now I love her to death but I don't love that she has brainwashed me to the point where I have no real friends in life. No girl friend. Not even going to
@Chris22090 dont worry man i felt the same way,but im making friends now and its more of a relief having "worldy" friends because you dont have to watch what you say all the time for fear of stumbling someone or have to pretend to be someone your not.
you might even be socially awkward for the rest of your life but you will still find friends,i understand exactly what your goin through and im 22 by the way
Jehovah's Witnesses follow prophets in the bible, and especially the teachings of Jesus. Noah and other servants of God kept separate from the world and it's ungodly practices. Jehovah, the Only True God, destroyed them because they lied, stole, were violent, worshipped statues, got drunk, spoke perversely, and committed unclean sex acts. READ John 15: 18,19. Also read John 17:14, "...I am no part of the world." John 17:16,"They are no part of the world, just as I am no part of the world."
Jesus taught his followers to go from house to house. He wants more people to become disciples. Jehovah's Witness are following Jesus our Lord. Read Acts 5:42, "...from house to house they continued ..declaring the good news about the Christ, Jesus." Acts14:21,"...making quite a few disciples,..." Acts 20:20-"...teaching you publicly and from house to house." Jesus commands his disciples to make more disciples. READ Matthew 28:19,20-"Go therefore and make disciples of people..."
Like the rules of the road, you 'are' allowed to disagree. You are 'not' allowed to disregard or disrupt.
What looks like flip flopping is actually progress. The medical profession did it with leaches and thalidomide. (They're both back.)
We are the ' only ' religion that refines and progresses. The others just 'sit' in they're mistakes, aging them like fine wine. (Poison!) Our historic quest for truth has been blessed. Open your doors. Regards
To compare the Jehovah's Witnesses with the medical community is absolutely absurd in every sense of the word. Leaches are used today in HIGHLY SPECIFIC ways...they aren't just "back", as in, used for everything that we cannot understand like they used to be. Through biology we have found out exactly how and when to use them. Knowledge through scrutiny and peer review from MANY different sources is not the same as rewording ONE source to pull in the numbers.
@Sn4pDr4gon if it was not for the Jws we would not have alternatives to blood transfusion which are safer and faster and many hospitals use. Just an example.
@Scrappycrafts If you think the JW's had anything to do with blood transfusion alternatives and innovation...not only are you highly unaware of even the faintest glimmer of topics surrounding the medical community...you are highly indoctrinated to the point of delusion.
@Sn4pDr4gon Bloodless Surgery—“A Major Medical Trend”
UNDER the heading “‘Bloodless’ Surgery,” Maclean’s magazine reported that doctors across Canada have been “developing new techniques that, over the past five years, have turned so-called bloodless surgery into a major medical trend.” Brian Muirhead, an anesthesiologist at Winnipeg’s Health Sciences Centre, is one of them. What prompted his search for alternative nonblood management?
In 1986, Dr. Muirhead took on the challenge of operating on a 70-year-old man with a bleeding ulcer who, because of his Bible-based beliefs as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, had asked for treatment that did not require a blood transfusion. (Acts 15:28, 29) Dr. Muirhead “resorted to a little-used method of pumping saline solution into the patient to keep his blood pressure up,” reports Maclean’s. “
“The procedure was a success, and it reinforced Muirhead’s growing belief that ‘we were giving too many blood transfusions. I thought it was time to look at alternatives.’”
The quest for bloodless surgery was “spurred both by concerns over the future supply of donated blood—and by many patients’ fears of getting a disease virus from a transfusion.” Thanks to the research by innovative doctors, not only Jehovah’s Witnesses but many others have benefited.
“Besides eliminating the need for transfusions in many cases, bloodless surgery reduces the risk—however slight—of infection from tainted blood,” says Maclean’s. But even “clean” blood can pose a risk of infection by temporarily suppressing patients’ immune systems. What is behind the firm belief of Jehovah’s Witnesses concerning alternative nonblood management? You may be interested in reading the brochure How Can Blood Save Your Life? Jehovah’s Witnesses will be happy to share it with you.
@Scrappycrafts You might want to read the Bible and understand the part that says not to eat blood from strangled animals or food sacrificed to idols. You might learn something about your incorrect blood guilty religion.
@Scrappycrafts The third funniest thing about your response is that you quote a magazine article titled "A Major Medical Trend"..which would indicate numerous educated sources that would have raised this question because of the knowledge they accumulated over time...yet...you provide ONE example of how your cult shaped the medical community. To disillusion you further..this topic was first addressed by the military for battlefield reasons..and secondly..the cost of the process.
@Scrappycrafts The last thing I'd like to say to you is that no matter how you try to make your archaic beliefs relevant to the world as it is..in reality..today..they just don't fit. That is exactly why your"kingdom halls"aren't filled with people making ANY relevant and coherent advance for civilization today..and as a matter of fact..you would love to see everybody believe as you do (*cough* communism *cough*) so that you might navigate better in a world based on the dark ages.
@Scrappycrafts ..so if you want to impress me with medical jargon based on the premise that we can gleam any pertinent and probing information from magazine articles...why don't you produce some titled "Jehovah's Witnesses medical doctors make ground braking advancements in the fields of x...greatly shaping the direction of the medical community today" instead of providing fringe examples of how your people bitch, do nothing and enjoy taking the credit. Can't wait for those.
@Scrappycrafts The absolute funniest thing about your response is the fact that you think you are making a relevant point. Again...just because the JW's bitch about something...do not make them responsible for shaping it. The second funniest thing about your response is that...like I initially thought...your quotations come from magazines. Magazines. Really? Try a book written by a legitimate source. In fact...try several and keep doing that until you realize you're in a cult.
Secondly, I'd assume that you have some solid evidence that would support your claim that "We are the only religion that refines and progresses". If I show you just one example of the myriad that I can pull from...would it then be fair to label your comment intellectually dishonest? I'd think so. I'd think so because you hold an opinion on religion that you clearly have not researched or been made aware of in any meaningful way.
Thirdly, your comment "Like the rules of the road, you 'are' allowed to disagree. You are 'not' allowed to disregard or disrupt."
Fine, but what you are clearly not saying is that you have different definitions, contextually, for the word "disrupt". If somebody disagrees that is fine, however, if they share that disagreement outside of their own head...that is considered "disruption". So no, you are not allowed to disagree in the actual sense of the word, I.E. EXPRESSION.
@megthepearl I totally agree with you here. As we learn and grow we change we just do not sit there and watch the world go round feeling sorry for ourselves. I am a much happier person now that I know the truth. I gave up 2 friends because they bad mouth us and wanted no part of us. Ok that was their choice I repsect that as long as they respected me which they did not.
@Scrappycrafts ~ {{"" I gave up 2 friends because they bad mouth us and wanted no part of us. Ok that was their choice I repsect that as long as they respected me which they did not."}}
They did not respect you because they know the JW religion is an Anti-Christ CULT. You have been GROSSLY deceived by watchtower publications that distort the Bible.
Yes, they're dangerous. They provoke people to the point of rage! They'd nag the nuts off an iron bridge! They're a public nuisance and career nuisance!
i can only say hahaha thats everything a joke haha man you dont know nothing about witnesses you only pick out thinks and push it in a falshe light.sorry but you are mind kontrolled
everything in this video is a lie. the people (especially the woman) in this are people who hate jehovahs wittnesses. i just got done pouring my angry heart out in another video for like an hour. THSI IS ALL A LIE. i am NOT that kind of person and i was never raised to be that kind of person. i am a Jehovah's Wittness nad none of this is true.
It is all true. You must be a young person. Just because you are uncomfortable with the message doesn't make it untrue. I'm familiar with what is said in this video. I have associated with the witnesses for decades and it is true. Do some research.
@Nessasbeac Lie? My little daughter was not allowed to play with a jws child as she had heard a bible sermon coming out of my pc,of an evangelist. Both children are under 5.They are very controlling and MAD.In the kingdom hall, the children are suffering as they have to sit there regardless of their age,in the hall. There is no provision for kids, they have to just sit there as adults.RIDICULOUS!
@shy52002 suffer?? i have never seen anyone ever "suffer" at the meetings. our children are learning and getting used to being quiet and listening and being taught from the BIBLE as well as READING from it and after reading carry a huge smile on their face from ear to ear because they're so proud. churches have huge playgrounds so that parents can put them out there and so they really dont listen to anything going on in the church until they stop going to the playground which is
@Nessasbeach Rubbish, churches have sunday schools ,and where they properly learn about jesus christ and learn in the way a child should learn. They are not forced to sit in the kingdom hall atmosphere which is only suitable for adults. And yes jws are supposed to have their kids in kingdom hall since they are born.Ive been there done it so please dont tell me anything that i dont know.Besides the same jw kids who are attending church from birth and are now grown up,dont even know how to respect
@Nessasbeach I was born in this religion and I always hated going to the meetings ever since I was a child,I remember I slipped and said I didn't like the meetings and I got yelled at.I learned to sit through them because I knew I had to(it was like a chore).Children will probably pretend they like going to the meetings because they knows its not ok to admit they dont like sitting through the ridiculously boring meetings that just teach the same regurgitated crap over and over again
I was an adult when I first started attending meetings. The weekly meetings were ok but I really didn't like going to the large assemblies. I expressed my opinion on one occasion and found myself in the hot sit. I didn't like the crowds, I didn't like a long days of talks, I didn't like being broke when I got home, I didn't like that being the only vacation I could afford. Eventually I said I loved going to the assemblies to be left alone. Sad isn't it. Lying to be accepted.
@torrents4u2c Dont get me started on the assemblies,I remember having to sit through that boring crap for 3 days straight wondering what I did to deserve that kind of punishment and trying to figure out why worshiping God was so boring. As a kid raised in this religion, its taboo to say you dont like the meetings, you just mature and learn to do it and put on a smiling face(cult) like the watchtower keeps telling you even if your miserable just so others think your happy being brainwashed weekly
@guydudeman100 if you truelly loved Jehovah you would have loved going to the conventions and such. I can not wait each time I go. I love the 3 day the best because we have a drama on the last day. I learn so much from these. I even take notes. yes some speakers are not as eliquint as others but most are great and we learn alot. I love getting the new publishacation as the conventions. The videos are wonderful as well as the books.
@guydudeman100 ok i was born in this religion too and i didnt like going either when i was little and i also thought they were boring but saw how the other kids were improving and so i stepped up to be as partaking as them. do you go to a church? well they say the same things over and over again too and they also twist stuff and moral and everything or dont explain its real meaning. ours is watered down to the EXACT meaning of the content and the stuff Jehovah and Jesus commanded to do.
@Nessasbeach No I dont go to a church and im sure what your saying is true about most churches. However I dont agree with your statement about the watchtowers teachings, after doing research on the bible alone I find that the watchtower is wrong in many places.
The concept of a true religion no longer makes any sense to me,because religions are all run by man.Jesus says he is the way, truth, and life(John 14:6).but the watchtower claims to be those things, they have lied, and shifted blame on others
@Nessasbeach i agree. I took the 6 yr old I babysit to the Kingdom Hall this past Sunday on her own free will. She asked to go and sat there listening and when she heard words I read to her from a book she whispered to me about it. Such as Noah and Jacob and Satan she loved it. She says she wants to go back and when I asked her why she said becasue she leaerned about God and Jesus and Satan and much more. So they are not suffering. They are learning, not just coloring a pic of Jesus is class.
@shy52002 ...around the age of i dont know 10? our children are sitting quietly inside listening to the bible based talks. they learn and get used to being quiet when they are young from their parents. ha. "suffering".
@Nessasbeach I even know a couple kids age 10 and up who are baptized and even make comments during the watchtower study. They learn alot. Mosr so then the other churchers were they make Jesus crosses and paint bookmarks.
@Scrappycrafts You have no clue what children learn in church because you don't go there. How can you be an authority on such? I use to think just like you! I listened to what I was told without investigation. Stop being so arrogant and go see these things for yourself. Then you can talk about it!
Ways of the world. Hmmmm. In the last congregation I associated with strange things were happening. Elders' son were reported by another young man of watching pornography. The two elders' sons were restricted from congregational responsibilites for a couple of weeks the young publisher that reported them was forced out of the congregation. A daughter of a elder was involved in an orgy and shaved her head. All is not right within the organization.
no it does not say to shun family but it does say to shun worldly ways and if family is doing that you must shun the practice not family i still talk to my family just dont practice what they practice cause jehovah god is love and he loves family.
why would post something like this we should believe our own religion with out people telling us things just wait you"ll see what religion is true at the end im a JWS and im proud of it
why would post something like this we should believe our own religion with out people telling us things just wait you"ll see what religion is true at the end
I'm a jehovas witness got baptised last year at the assembly in bakersfield on april 17 we will have a world wide celebration you are happily welcomed to attend no matter what your religion or beliefs if you just believe in jesus or have questions you may attend and ask one of our brothers if u want to get closer to god and live a happier life
The Memorial is when Jehovah's Witnesses remember the death of Jesus Christ. It is their most important meeting and is held on the evening of the Jewish month of Nisan 14. This year the Memorial of Christ's death will be held on APRIL 17th 2011. You are warmly invited to attend this special memorial celebration. Contact your local KINGDOM HALL of Jehovah's Witnesses for details.

The JW organization is only a microcosm of the greater society, (except for the high incidence of emotional and mental illness of its adherents). The elite core of their society can be readily excused of any offense, (this is to protect the reputation of the witnesses) while younger or less prominent members can be dis-fellow shipped for the flimsiest excuse. It is often their policy to discard the victim and protect the offender to maintain social order.
on a real note, j dubs would guys stop trying to battle people online about the truth, especially on apostate vids, you already know whats gonna be in them, believe me, trying to make someone think differently from what they think is impossible, regardless if your right or not. use your time better in the ministry, go get some calls and turn them into bible studies, and stop youtubing jehovahs witnesses, its riddled with apostate vids
wow everything here is untrue douchebag. And if you were actually did some research just because you are discouraged from having worly friends doesnt mean you cant have friends outside of the congregation. Just think about it witnessess dont have premartial sex almost every other person outside of witnesses do. So obviously having a friend that does that can lead you to do the samething. Do know the saying "show me your friends and I'll show you who you are" it makes complete sense here a**hole
@ehollywood88 Are you a witness ? If you are then you are setting a bad example with your use of swear words. When i was a witness and i heard that kind of language coming from a brother or sister i would have considered them a bad associate. By the way, most of the video is true. If you want to reply to me then do so via youtube service/ email as there is a limited amount of characters that we can use, and i would not want to make everything i have to say so public.ok, take care
@ehollywood88 Did you watch the same video I did? You state " just because you are discouraged from having worly friends doesnt mean you cant have friends outside of the congregation." From the Watchtower, Feb. 15,1994' We must also be on guard against extended association with worldly people.Perhaps it is a neighbor, a school friend, a work mate, or a business associate." Which is it? You ARE NOT allowed to have "worldly" friends-I was a Witness for 20 years and I know it for a fact.
"witnesses don't have premarital sex...almost EVERY OTHER PERSON outside of Witnesses do". Can you even hear what you sound like? First...I would like to know how you got that information. Second...Can you provide any credible evidence that supports your claim?
@Sn4pDr4gon I know a woman who was having premarital sex and got pregnant while she was doing door to door ministering. She had also no intention of marrying the guy as she dumped him soon after giving birth and now shes with another guy. However, there was a elders meeting and she was soon allowed to minister, wat hypocrites!
@shy52002 as loing as she repented for her sin adn truelly meant it yes I can see her going door to door again. but if she is still with men then she msut not be baptized because a baptized witness would ahve been disfellowshipped. my mom was for giving oral sex to my dad. she never came back. My dad repented and is doing well and his new wife is also baptized.
@Scrappycrafts What in the hell? Who's damn business is it what your parents did in bed? Not ours and certainly not the wts! Are you nuts?! His new wife? Please don't tell us your mom and dad divorced because of what they did in bed? That is not a scriptural divorce and your dad is committing adultery if that is why they divorced. You are some sick people! Your poor mother!
What a load of rubbish, you certianly go out of your way making alot of effort to secure your everlasting death. I just hope that people are not stupid enough to believe your lies and fabricated so called text from our magazines or books, but are actually typed on your computer.
@iluvrnb1 ..I wonder what the elders would do if they caught you watching this 'apostate' video. And I am sure the maker of this video would rather an everlasting death than to live in everlasting suffocating misery in a cult like Jehovah's Witnesses.
@marmackk LOL i just clicked it some of these videos are sneaky, also were not an a cult and the future everlasting life here on earth would be wonderful not as you think of it.
@iluvrnb1 ..sorry but you belong to a dangerous cult but I'd expect you to say that you do not since no one in a cult ever admits to being in one .Everbody who has left Jehovah's Witnesses has said it is a cult.Any group that feels that everybody outside of it is evil, any group that does not prevent a legitimate way out of the group and demonise people who have left, any group that uses control of information, control of thoughts, emotions through paralyzing fear and guilt is a cult.
@marmackk dangerous cult?!?! were not held up in a remote location we are in society, we do not follow a 'leader' here on earth, we do not have to give up all we have to our Watchtower Organization. each one of your accusations is supported by scripture, by any version of a bible! "control of information, control of thoughts, emotions through paralyzing fear and guilt is a cult."
@ThirdNUnion ,you don't have to be held in a remote location to be cult. There is physical isolation and social isolation. They achieve the same thing which is to prevent members of a group from being exposed to critical informatopm.Maybe you need to read the amount of ex-JW's testimonies who said they suffered from severe isolation and felt like hermits. You follow the Watchtower,if they tell you to jump, you ask how high, you do not question them cause that would mean dissent
@ThirdNUnion ..Yes it figures...they are the people who have not been afraid to come out an expose the Watchtower for the destructive cult that it is and for the record I have experienced what they experienced first hand,so I know myself that the Watchtower is a cult.Any organisation that teaches it's members to shun their own families, that prevent no honorably way of leaving, who view 6.8 billion people as bad associations, who use guilt tactics to control its members is a cult
@ThirdNUnion ..and what makes ex-JW's bad associations?Because they have seen the lies, deceipt and manipulation by the Watchtower and how it has destroyed their lives and their families lives and want to expose it.You think it is right for a grandmother to be prevented from seeing her grandchildren because she is disfellowshipped or a mother from seeing her daughter because she doesn't agree with all the Watchtower's beliefs and by the way there are good people in this world who are not JW's
@marmackk depends why was the 'grandmother' df'ed...so on. certainly all is supported by scripture. you keep coming with the same over and over... you hold a grudge thus do not harmonize with scripture. i have supported you with scripture yet you do not, not once made reference to scripture.
@ThirdNUnion ..In your JW's it does not matter to the elders why the grandmother was disfellowshipped. She could have been disfellowshipped for saying hello to someone who left voluntarily, and the elders would deem her unfit to associate with her grandchildren.I don't hold a grudge dear.It is clear that you are heavily indoctrinated and don't know the truth about the history of JW's .But I can assure you that every member who researched the history of JW's has left with no regrets.
@ThirdNUnion ..keep on living in denial.Just do research on history of Jehovah's Witnesses.Failed prophecies on the end of the world 1874,1914,1918,1925,1975,vaccinations,organ transplants once banned but now accepted? How many lives unnecessarily lost? Vacillating view of women who were raped but who were too scared to scream being disfellowshipped.Their involvement with the UN from 1991-2001.Their protection of child molesters and disfellowshipping members who report this to the police.
The term “cult” is used loosely by many who may not be fully aware of its connotations. To prevent confusion, some theologians actually avoid using the term.
The World Book Encyclopedia explains that “traditionally, the term cult referred to any form of worship or ritual observance.” By that criterion, all religious organizations could be classified as cults. However, in general usage today, the word “cult” has a different meaning.

BUT YET normal, ordinary JW when do not agree with GOV. BODY been shunned, emotionally blakmailed etc. When you kiss a girl, maybe smoke, or go for a party, well you are worst then paedophile.

@SuperRomanticheart Ok, I can't respond to you as I can't find my original post so I forgot what I said. What did I say anyway?
thelordmemnoch 1 month ago

Peace.
Sn4pDr4gon 1 month ago
first the Bible says we should not judge one another. So why would you use this to judge them? Yes things change over time as in teachings( because we learn more) so do others as in a priest can now marry in other churches. How would you like to be accused of such things if there is only one witness and condemned for it? I would not.
Scrappycrafts 1 month ago
@SuperRomanticheart ..Logic does not work in that direction my dear. If it is your position...it is YOUR burden to prove your position. To say otherwise is a fundamental logical fallacy....and before you start in on reason and logic..just a heads up...you may want to consider that God made those in the first place for our benefit...and if you are a "believer"...I'd be really careful in what attributes you deem less worthy than others in an all powerful God.

MrQuad4w41 5 months ago
@MrQuad ~ {{"Who brings the truth to the people in the whole wide world"}}
Ok.
1). It is NOT "the truth" that a person gets access to GOD or Eternal Life by being a JW WT-Org follower.
2). There's a LOT of preaching going on all over the whole world on TV, Radio, the Internet, missionaries, etc.
3). Absolutely NO ONE gets Eternal Life by "Preaching" nor by being a JW.!
Preaching is a "work". We do NOT get Eternal Life by any "works" we do, but by Repentance and FAITH in Jesus.
.

You DON'T work to get Salvation, our Eternal Life is a FREE GIFT!
.
VAIO294 1 month ago

Sooosanah2 9 months ago
@Sooosanah2 As the Bible says we are to have no part of the world. So yes, we try to avoid associating as much as it's reasonable to do so with unbelievers, but as Paul mentioned it's impossible to completely remove yourself from the world. How you view it is up to you. But it's not harming you.

If you choose to live your life different from our beliefs, please live it peacefully without contempt for us or any religion of group.
And finally, a large amount of this information is incorrect. If you truely desire the truth, find the information out first-person, face to face with a Witness. Please don't rely on the internet as a solid source for information, especially on religions.
mrglubglub 9 months ago
@mrglubglub Thing is you (like video says) lie about this. Every thing quoted in this video was from the WTBS's articles. So for you to say this your lieing. I was raised a JW Never got baptized, but i know this video to be true. The WTBS's own articles condemn them. They will print something and when it bites them they change it in the CD-rom and the bound volumes to cover their tracks. Theres a video on here of a UK guy who proves this. The father of the lie is who? God hates a lie PERIOD!!!!!
scorpa65 8 months ago

That is where the 'danger' lies, and it's towards us.
mrglubglub 9 months ago

They only have to 'repent' to carry on, thank God!
hmscollingwood 9 months ago
Honestly, I was raised without a religion, but eventually became a Witness. Looking at other Christian religions, they twist what the bible says, make you fear God (which you should, but not the way they tell you to), and make you pay. It's basically "Yeah, your mom died, but if you give us money, we'll send them to heaven!" Speaking of Heaven, why did they create Hell? Would God REALLY put you through that? No! He loves you!
MangoCakesPro 9 months ago
@MangoCakesPro Yea I think its equally as bad tho that the watchtower just teaches God will destroy everyone who is not a Jehovahs Witness.
I envy that you were raised without a religion,to be honest you never needed one,all you ever needed was the bible.
Sorry but the watchtower is just as bad as any other religion

Jehovah's Witnesses follow prophets in the bible, and especially the teachings of Jesus. Noah and other servants of God kept separate from the world and it's ungodly practices. Jehovah, the Only True God, destroyed them because they lied, stole, were violent, worshipped statues, got drunk, spoke perversely, and committed unclean sex acts. READ John 15: 18,19. Also read John 17:14, "...I am no part of the world." John 17:16,"They are no part of the world, just as I am no part of the world."

Scrappycrafts 1 week ago
In 1986, Dr. Muirhead took on the challenge of operating on a 70-year-old man with a bleeding ulcer who, because of his Bible-based beliefs as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, had asked for treatment that did not require a blood transfusion. (Acts 15:28, 29) Dr. Muirhead “resorted to a little-used method of pumping saline solution into the patient to keep his blood pressure up,” reports Maclean’s. “
Scrappycrafts 1 week ago
“The procedure was a success, and it reinforced Muirhead’s growing belief that ‘we were giving too many blood transfusions. I thought it was time to look at alternatives.’”
The quest for bloodless surgery was “spurred both by concerns over the future supply of donated blood—and by many patients’ fears of getting a disease virus from a transfusion.” Thanks to the research by innovative doctors, not only Jehovah’s Witnesses but many others have benefited.
Scrappycrafts 1 week ago
“Besides eliminating the need for transfusions in many cases, bloodless surgery reduces the risk—however slight—of infection from tainted blood,” says Maclean’s. But even “clean” blood can pose a risk of infection by temporarily suppressing patients’ immune systems. What is behind the firm belief of Jehovah’s Witnesses concerning alternative nonblood management? You may be interested in reading the brochure How Can Blood Save Your Life? Jehovah’s Witnesses will be happy to share it with you.
Scrappycrafts 1 week ago
@Scrappycrafts You might want to read the Bible and understand the part that says not to eat blood from strangled animals or food sacrificed to idols. You might learn something about your incorrect blood guilty religion.
myuserid1969 1 week ago
@Scrappycrafts You want to tell us about all the jw who died this way or the ones who died from not receiving blood transfusions?
myuserid1969 1 week ago
@Scrappycrafts The third funniest thing about your response is that you quote a magazine article titled "A Major Medical Trend"..which would indicate numerous educated sources that would have raised this question because of the knowledge they accumulated over time...yet...you provide ONE example of how your cult shaped the medical community. To disillusion you further..this topic was first addressed by the military for battlefield reasons..and secondly..the cost of the process.
Sn4pDr4gon 1 week ago
@Scrappycrafts The last thing I'd like to say to you is that no matter how you try to make your archaic beliefs relevant to the world as it is..in reality..today..they just don't fit. That is exactly why your"kingdom halls"aren't filled with people making ANY relevant and coherent advance for civilization today..and as a matter of fact..you would love to see everybody believe as you do (*cough* communism *cough*) so that you might navigate better in a world based on the dark ages.
Sn4pDr4gon 1 week ago
@Scrappycrafts ..so if you want to impress me with medical jargon based on the premise that we can gleam any pertinent and probing information from magazine articles...why don't you produce some titled "Jehovah's Witnesses medical doctors make ground braking advancements in the fields of x...greatly shaping the direction of the medical community today" instead of providing fringe examples of how your people bitch, do nothing and enjoy taking the credit. Can't wait for those.
Sn4pDr4gon 1 week ago
@Scrappycrafts You tell us and make sure you give us the source of your info. Do not use WT propaganda. DIrect us to a website or scholarly journal.
myuserid1969 1 week ago
@Scrappycrafts The absolute funniest thing about your response is the fact that you think you are making a relevant point. Again...just because the JW's bitch about something...do not make them responsible for shaping it. The second funniest thing about your response is that...like I initially thought...your quotations come from magazines. Magazines. Really? Try a book written by a legitimate source. In fact...try several and keep doing that until you realize you're in a cult.
Sn4pDr4gon 1 week ago
@megthepearl
Sn4pDr4gon 10 months ago
@megthepearl
EXPRESSION.
Sn4pDr4gon 10 months ago
@megthepearl I totally agree with you here. As we learn and grow we change we just do not sit there and watch the world go round feeling sorry for ourselves.

And yes jws are supposed to have their kids in kingdom hall since they are born.Ive been there done it so please dont tell me anything that i dont know.Besides the same jw kids who are attending church from birth and are now grown up,dont even know how to respect
shy52002 10 months ago
@Nessasbeach I was born in this religion and I always hated going to the meetings ever since I was a child,I remember I slipped and said I didn't like the meetings and I got yelled at.I learned to sit through them because I knew I had to(it was like a chore).Children will probably pretend they like going to the meetings because they knows its not ok to admit they dont like sitting through the ridiculously boring meetings that just teach the same regurgitated crap over and over again
guydudeman100 10 months ago
@guydudeman100
Lying to be accepted.
torrents4u2c 10 months ago
@torrents4u2c Dont get me started on the assemblies,I remember having to sit through that boring crap for 3 days straight wondering what I did to deserve that kind of punishment and trying to figure out why worshiping God was so boring. As a kid raised in this religion, its taboo to say you dont like the meetings, you just mature and learn to do it and put on a smiling face(cult) like the watchtower keeps telling you even if your miserable just so others think your happy being brainwashed weekly
guydudeman100 10 months ago

Nessasbeach 10 months ago
@Nessasbeach No I dont go to a church and im sure what your saying is true about most churches. However I dont agree with your statement about the watchtowers teachings, after doing research on the bible alone I find that the watchtower is wrong in many places.
The concept of a true religion no longer makes any sense to me,because religions are all run by man.Jesus says he is the way, truth, and life(John 14:6).but the watchtower claims to be those things, they have lied, and shifted blame on others
guydudeman100 10 months ago
@Nessasbeach i agree. I took the 6 yr old I babysit to the Kingdom Hall this past Sunday on her own free will. She asked to go and sat there listening and when she heard words I read to her from a book she whispered to me about it. Such as Noah and Jacob and Satan she loved it. She says she wants to go back and when I asked her why she said becasue she leaerned about God and Jesus and Satan and much more. So they are not suffering. They are learning, not just coloring a pic of Jesus is class.
Scrappycrafts 1 month ago
@shy52002 ...around the age of i dont know 10? our children are sitting quietly inside listening to the bible based talks. they learn and get used to being quiet when they are young from their parents. ha. "suffering".

@ehollywood88 Did you watch the same video I did? You state " just because you are discouraged from having worly friends doesnt mean you cant have friends outside of the congregation." @iluvrnb1 ..sorry but you belong to a dangerous cult but I'd expect you to say that you do not since no one in a cult ever admits to being in one .Everbody who has left Jehovah's Witnesses has said it is a cult.Any group that feels that everybody outside of it is evil, any group that does not prevent a legitimate way out of the group and demonise people who have left, any group that uses control of information, control of thoughts, emotions through paralyzing fear and guilt is a cult.

who told you that ex JW?
ThirdNUnion 1 year ago
@ThirdNUnion ,you don't have to be held in a remote location to be cult. There is physical isolation and social isolation. They achieve the same thing which is to prevent members of a group from being exposed to critical informatopm.Maybe you need to read the amount of ex-JW's testimonies who said they suffered from severe isolation and felt like hermits. You follow the Watchtower,if they tell you to jump, you ask how high, you do not question them cause that would mean dissent

@marmackk What Is a Cult?
