Always remember to "blow hard" & remember the music that your playing , also listen to other "Tuba Lines" or other marching band tuba sections you could find a lot of marching band websites & see video or hear audio of fantastic Tuba Sections from around the world including HBCU bands, other College & University tuba sections & DCI Contrabass lines, as well as concert recordings featuring tuba soloists & the World Famous Tuba Christmas & at no time you could be a "Tuba Master" too!
That's actually a sousaphone - spoiling this cartoon.

i have a 600 episode classic cartoon boxed set, and this particular cartoon is, I believe, the first short on the second disc.
one of my favorites. way better than the cat and mouse!
