Man.. how do you make the insurgents attack at a specific time instead of just attacking randomly? I'm trying to make a desert storm mission where Marines are seizing an oilfield occupied by Iraq but they always attack at the wrong time.

Plus, isolationist sentiment would have made it near-impossible to sell the war if the Japanese hadn't attacked us.
