Legal definition of murder states that there must be intent. Allowing for the likelyhood of an accident if you hit something as small on the road as a mouse with your car it doesn't qualify murder.

That's what YOU read into the original poster's comment, that's not at all what the comment says.

When Reed admitted to killing a woman while in the line of duty the feminists on the panel treated him like a pariah although the woman who had the abortions essentially said that doing so made her a killer BEFORE Reed told his story.

The original poster was commenting on the hypocrisy of the way that the woman was treating Reed when she had identified herself as a killer, too.
