that's why it says "it doesn't support" because you must debrand your phone first before you can costumize your w580i.. to debrand.. see tutorials on it. :D i got same phone here, and i really love it thought i dropped it one, got a little scratched on its housing but, no worries.. i have to find housing though its a little bit high price.. got cool stuff in it too.. flash menus and light effects..

it means that you probably made a huge mistake by updating your phone using the sony ericsson update service

xs++ currently doesnt support cid53 to you might want to use the far manager + jd flasher
