agreed, the lock on in the first 2 games feels dated.and prime 3 has some of the greatest controls of all time

It doesn't happen when I play the first two. It does happen a lot in the third one though.

Actually, I think it's the other way around, because when you get a lock-on with older controls, you aim directly at the enemy. With new controls (lock-on free aiming off, which is more likely) You still have to aim at it.

Im not going to get metroid prime 1, but i am gonna get metroid prime 2 for the wii, because then i will have 3 games that have exactly the same gameplay for the wii, metroid prime 1, 2 and 3.

@Phenomon4life Only the Wii Remote can be used. But that is a good thing, its controls are better than that of the Gamecube's when it comes to Metroid Prime.

i think they're making metroid prime 2 also because at 00:15 if you pause it the last game on the left looks like prime 1 but if you look at the last game to the right it looks like prime 2......hmmmmm.....but i dont know you peoples tell me what you think

oh man, this game was by far, the best of the prime series. Although now that im older, and know how to play the game it might not be as fun. still im going to buy it. and knowing nintendo, i doubt it will have mulitplayer. but we can hope

I heard that there also doing Metroid Prime 2 but I dont know if its true or not. Found it out on IGN. LOL.

THEY AREEE!!!! pause it at 00:15 or at 00:30 and look at the two games in the far back...the one to the left looks like prime 1 because you can clearly see samus's arm cannon and shoulder and on the one to the right you can clearly see its much more dark(like echoes) and you can also see half of samus's visor and it saying 'oid and something else on the bottom

Also if you look at the writing of the one in the far right. Its has a metal texture and uses the same font style like MP2 on the GC so Im pretty sure that Metroid Prime 2 is coming aswell

Im not sure but if u want multiplayer metroid, get metroid prime hunters its good in multiplayer, but single player mode isnt up to metriod prime 1,2 and 3
