Both sides are to busy rattling swords right now to actually do anything, so neither will take any action, until there is some return for the people in charge, then look out. They will threaten and we will make a deal. We are not going to war with Iran, its to unpopular of an idea right now. I'm scheduled to board her for the 2008 Tiger Cruise next month so I sure hope they are where they are scheduled to be then. Could be a long airplane ride for nothing if the "shit" as you say hits the fan.

Being a Naval Aviator is a tough job to get and is only given to the best of the best. Study hard, stay out of trouble and have a love of flying, and you are already a long way toward your goal. Good luck and I hope to see you on the flight deck someday.

It can be dangerous, each person on the flight deck during operations is in a specific place at a specific time or no launch. The people in the white vests are safety officers and make sure it's safe.

"Tiger Cruise" are for family and friends of the crew members. You need a ships crew member to be your "sponsor" for a Tiger Cruise. However I suggest you contact the Public Affairs Officer for the Reagan and inquire about additional boarding opportunities.
