James used to be below 70kg in bodyweight. After a year, he is now over 83kg. The recent cycle of about 10 weeks has seen his 20 rep squat go from 90kg-110kg. He got from about 80 - 83kg. He had to stop his squats due to a slight injury (not from squats). But his Trap Bar Deadlifts are now improved because of those squats. He did 10 reps with 145kg easily - something that was not possible before the 10 weeks of 20 rep squats.
Bounced that last one, but 3 legit reps is pretty awesome still, after a widowmaker.
