None of these demonstrations are about religion. Without religion, people would find other excuses to hate each other and governments would use other avenues to gain and keep power. IF Ahmedinadjad wanted the protester dead, they would've all been dead. In the news, it says that the woman was shot by gunmen on rooftops. That could be cops or just other people.

People like you are illogical. The protesters are Mousavi supporters but they do not form the majority. The majority, who vote for Ahmedinadjad are mostly people who live in rural areas. People in rural areas do not have access to internet and they can't express themselves. That's why people think Ahmedijad lost.
