Anneke Boeke's tempo was a little more difficult to measure because of the phrasing. I have her around 132-133 or so. I think there should be some flexibilty in the tempo when performing, but maybe this is a bit too much?
It's a matter of taste, perhaps. Still,the audience loved the performance. Your 116 at first seemed too slow to me, but then later I could imagine it.

The strings are starting at 144, Anneke Boeke is starting at 132 (so is slowing down), but I would prefer a maximum tempo of 116.
