The governor of south carolina Mark Sanford is in the RLC(republican liberty caucus) with ron paul. They share similar views. Ron Paul often votes for the losing side because he is a man who votes his conscience instead of what a politician would do.

Glenn Beck is a retard anyway. I have no idea why people watch his show. Like your typical republican, he has a damaged past of drug abuse (cocaine), has found jesus through cult religion (mormonism), and now spends most of his time criticizing liberals even though liberals created this nation. Back in the 1700's they called conservatives Tories, who were more than happy to let the British king tell them what to do. Now they have their new king Dubya.

Largely they are not so, but rather free-thinking, self reliant and self-educating individuals. I thought the idiots were the ones supporting a candidate based on religious affiliation...

That was my fault then. I guess the nutcase supporters are the ones that get the press. I'm certain that there are average people supporting him but a good portion of Ron Paul supporters are the Republican equivalent of Kuchinich supporters.

I still don't see where you draw your conclusions from, but please don't let the media influence your thinking. If you think they are "fair and unbiased" towards the "maverick", "dark horse","second tier" anti-corporate interest candidate that is winning all polls, including the most recent National Caucus poll, think again.

I think Ron Paul and Glenn Beck are both doing good things for the country.
Glenn is a guy who does what the media should be doing: questioning the policies of government and the status-quo. Sure he sees things through the lens of a religious conservative, but I can live with that.
Ron Paul's benefit to the nation goes without saying. Constitutionalism and liberty is a beautiful thing.

There was no intent to "prove" anything. Just exercising our right to respectfully disagree. Nothing was out of line, no big scene was made. It was totally peaceful and cordial. Besides... the book is now up to 1325.00 on Ebay. Obviously, you would not be our target audience. Mr. Beck is now experiencing blowback.

Donate the book to the Ron Paul campaign and put it up on Ebay. Any premium above the original purchase price is technically a gift from Beck to the Paul campaign. Then send Beck a thank you note on a Ron Paul campaign letterhead. He'll pop a vein! ... I hope.

The only domestic threat I see is the propoganda mouthpiece behind the podium, shaking hands.
I do have a suggestion for those who bought Beck's book: return it. You overpaid, even if you paid 1 cent. Lies should be free. If you want a real book, get "33 Questions about American History Your Not Supposed to Ask" by Tom Woods. Mr. Woods (who correctly defines who and what libertarians are) talks about Ron Paul in the book.
Mr. Beck, please come to Texas.
