In Act 1, is the upper path not completable? I've been stuck in this zone for freaking ever and then, seeking help from this video, discover that there's an underwater path in that area that I kept passing. Thanks for showing this.
oh man was this game hard!! the final boss was a bitch to fight!! for those of you who made it to the final zone, make sure you hold back and hit the spring for it will take you to a hidden shield and 1up and make sure you find the hidden ring or you will never ever beat this game!! and trust me you lagging helps!! lol
Oh, I've pretty much figured the music out. Oh, and I've got the game, and it's quite nice... though I'm getting the feeling that asking for a Ristar sequel is too much for Sega. XP

I didn't enjoy Heroes, and as far as Adventure and Colors go, I just don't like the Sonic series as a 3D platform/racing combo or w/e it is they try and achieve. I'm excited for Generations, but only b/c it's a direct return to what made Sonic cool in the 1st place.

@ugochib I downloaded the demos for Ep. 1 and just recently, Generations. I was thoroughly disappointed with both. Slow, clunky controls and too much of a focus on speed. Sonic games (Genesis era) weren't solely centered around speeding your way through levels (with the exception of Chemical Plant Zone, you could pretty much haul ass through that one), there was an aspect of danger from going too fast. Anyway I'm done bitching about Sonic. Peace n chicken grease, dooder.

You must really suck at sonic cause I got 48 seconds on the bottom route(showing that there is platforming). They do NOT focus on speed. Look at City Escape. If your really still bitching about sonic then stop playing it. I realized you ran out of points to bitch about sonic. Keep on complaining while I preorder Sonic Generations and celebrate Glad you stopped.
This game looks beautiful and nice and all, but anyone who uses software rotation as opposed to the angled sprites deserves to be shot
