its a bit brighter and darker in some places on both systems, but i found the 360 to have some clearer spots, and the PS3 to have some grainier spots. it really just depends whether you like grain or not, but i do so i don't really care :)

having said that i will say the xbox, according to ign has a slightly better framerate, but more screen tearing while the ps3 has a worse framerate but virtually no screen tearing.

the ps3 has a lower average framerate. slows down to 22 fps according to the head 2 head ign did a while ago.

i'd get it for 360 because of the frames. visually, its a bit better on ps3, but it's not noticeable. if you're pc can handle it i'd get it for that.

I don't hardly see any difference I have a PS3 as I'm a sony fan but I'd like to say that both consoles are great there are some parts of the game that are better on the PS3 and some that are better on the XBOX this games graphics has been well made which makes it look great on both consoles.

and plus I'm not really into videos like this I mean you never know if the person that posted the video might be a fan of the XBOX and tries to make it a little more brighter that's just what I think.

Capcom did a good job porting this game, it's a success when the game looks good on both consoles, it's a shame a lot of developers fail at porting games properly.

they even did a great job with porting this over to PC. i get 80 FPS average with EVERYTHING maxed out including AA at C16xQ. and it even shines on older hardware if the AA is brought down to 4x. i must say capcom has a great team

at 1:29

if you pause it the glass seems to shatter more on the left version.

and at 1:31 the dust seems more apparrent on the left..

unless you got a sharp eye you won't miss much. and its not like its gonna detract from the gameplay.

ps3 is great, but it disapoints me how developers have had 2 years to optimize gaming for its hardware, but they haven't yet.

no they aren't inferior, but sony still hasn't taken full advantage of all its hardware. yes on paper it is more powerful, but developing for it is a pain! also its more than half way through this generation.... this brings up a red flag imho.

i don't have anything against ps3 i think its a great console, but its online lockups annoy me along with the lack of hardware optimization from developers.

thats why i go with PC and 360, yes live costs money but its more reliable from my experiences

yea, but he says you really need to have a close eye to see the difference. in this comparison video its unnoticable. yes ps3 did top the graphics but not by much.

the ps3 may "top" the 360 in graphics very slightly, but they also said the ps3 suffers from framerate issues. i'd gladly go for slightly less illuminations in dark spaces (which is slightly noticable) and a slightly less ammount of AA (which i can't notice) for better framerates

yes they did recommend the 360. There justification was the frame lock ups take away more from the game experience than the slight difference in graphics that are hardly noticable. but yes they did say the ps3 had a slight edge in dark areas, but thats not worth the frame rate drop which is why i will recommend the 360 version in this case.

There is a difference, though. DigitalFoundry is one of the most knowledgeable entities in this subject matter in the industry. He actually goes into depth to describe the differences, which is a stronger framerate by 2-4 fps on the 360, clearer textures, more particle effects, and full world reflections in the water, again on the 360. Personally, I prefer the PS3 as a console (don't own a 360), but the truth is the truth. DigitalFoundry doesn't lie.
