Miss you, GL! It just feels like we've lost something that was so much of American culture. It feels like they took away Folgers Coffee or Tide Detergent, or apple pie, or hot dogs.

Instead of trying to fix it and giving it at least one more try, they just took it away!

This is a warning for the remaining soap operas:  do not, I repeat, DO NOT have lyrics to your soap theme. I hate to see The Guiding Light go, though. Yes, I called it that.

Definitely not the best GL opening. I guess they figured since Passions went off the air they'd copy their opening.
