In the first panel, the bird is flying towards the window. In the second panel it's flying towards the Penguin's hand, about to land. The round blob in the corner of the third panel could be his hat in his other hand he picked up. How much more needs to be connected? ;-)

Damn. O_O What a diatribe, Jose. Although I must say for you to get so visibly upset about a mere niggle such not seeing a character physically take his hat on put it on his head on panal is just fossicking for things to complian and hate about the book. What you vituperated about were mere niggles. Things one who is enjoying the book probably wouldn't have noticed even a second time around. Great vid, though, guys!!!!!! :-) On to part two!

I have no idea what Elliot is talking about BP. I understood you perfectly. But...i have to say that I wasn't just trying to find something wrong with the book just to bitch about it. That page that I was talking about was just ridiculous. Tony Daniel is writing AND drawing the comic and he can't get keep the continuity right for 3 PANELS. The Penguin did not put on his hat just for the hell of it off panel! Daniel just doesn't know what the fuck he's doing.

I'd offer a stern rebuttle but I don't enjoy or care about DC enough to do so. All I'll say is it merely felt like what you became so incensed could have been overlooked. But I can understand how it can cause frustrastion. However, that isn't the worse case of incosistent story panaling I've seen so it seemed like you might overreacted just a tittle. Now mind you, I'm not saying I didn't enooy the vid nor that your denouncement of the book was uncalled for, it just felt nitpicky.

Ya, I could of overlooked it but this is a huge problem in comics right now which we have brought up time and time again . Where are the fucking editors on this book? If the writer/artist can't get the shit right (which is fucking sad) the editor should be there to fix it. It's sloppy, very lazy storytelling and that just insults me as a reader.

I truly believe the industry is where it is today because too many fans are just "letting things go."

LMAO best review I've seen in a while. I didn't mind the first issue despite it's obvious shortcomings, but this book is officially off the rails by issue #2. What a piece of shit. Oh well, only one more to go! It's worth buying just to watch these reviews afterwards.

Well I don't have a local comic shop :p I ...ahem..."found" a copy online and read it and my god that was one fucking awful book.

There was actually one panel that I did like which was panel one on page 29 where it looks like daniels traced a Marshall Rogers batman head....

I digress though, it was a car-wreck of a comic. That black mask pin up on page 22 made him look like the fucking Phantom of the Opera...he looks like he's about to burst out into song!

i bought thias book because my store put in my pull pile of their own accord and i said WTH lets see how bad they make my fav dc character, NW, look this time. i knew he was going to get shot because nightwing always gets shot but it was actually an improvement for me over issue because nightwing didnt lose a fight to the $%&ing butler in this issue!

i think a lot of ppl bought this for same reason i did its only 3 issues and its a train wreck i cant look away from
