Well it's not technically Bungie. It's 343 Industries...which consists of a few guys from Bungie (Frank O'Connor is head of it), and they're in the process of a mass hiring. So basically, it's a small bit a Bungie + most likely the grown up versions of the kids who played CE and then went to school for game design. lol

That said, it could either suck beyond belief, or they could pull it off. I'm going to pray for the latter!

I believe it would be based on one of the OTHER books written by the guy who wrote Fall of Reach (The Flood was written by someone else). This book is First Strike, set in the (rather fucked up) timezone after (Or before?) Halo 1, the survivors return to Earth, they stop at Reach first, find the Spartans and Halsey and go home
