Well, first off, it says that one persons right to smoke should end when it takes away anothers right to clean air. So basically, you shouldn't have the right to blow smoke up in my face when I am out in public. And yes, even in bars.
There is nothing to defend when it comes to smoking. I smoked for eight years and now have been smoke free for eight. It's just another way for the top one percent and the government to take you puppets to the cleaners. What do you really get out of a cigarette. All you have is a chemical inside of it that makes you want more. At the same time it kills you and everyone around you. Does that really make sense to you. Do you not find it funny that the two most dangerous drugs are leagal.
