The FXX isn't even road legal. It's basically a race car. Gumpert is the quickest road legal car.

Actually the fastest car round the track was the Aston Martin DBR9, obviously this is a full on race car, but, its British and it got the fastest time, about 1:08:00 i believe.

not disagreeing that we did it ourselves... most of the workers on the gm assembly line are engineers... why have an engineer do the job the common man can do... its a little rediculous to be paying them for a job where they dont even do what they are going to school for... and there is nothing wrong with outsourcing... it brings the price of everything down

yes the dealers do over charge by a shitload and i think the car should be cheaper than it is but labor in the US is more expensive which drives the price up alot... at gm some of the assembly line workers were getting paid 70 to 80 us$ and hour... i doubt they get paid that much in japan so figure in labor and the price will even out alot

the zr1 starts at 106,000 and the gtr starts at 69... but the zr1 isnt a car drivin like a playstation... it is lightning fast and employs some impressive technology such as the composite leaf springs. the university i attend assisted in the design of the springs so im rather proud of that. and the nissan gtr is japans bad boy just like the zr1 is the states so it is fair to match the cars up

uh duh... gm isnt and exotic car company.. however they did build the corvette zr1 with 639 ponies...and it beat the nissan gtr around the nurburgring.... i think that qualifies as fast

It was on 1st place (ofcourse) but because you couldn't run over a policeman it wasn't allowed on the board. Its a road car, but barely, so therefore not allowed on the board.
