@Kudja123 the cat is dreaming of a better life, because he is stuck in a city where nobody loves him/her. if you noticed in the beggining when the cat crosses the road he almost got hit by a car, and when he gets on the sidewalk he gets scared by a dog. also in the song itself moby is singing about dreaming of a betterlife and stuff like that. well, thats all i gathered about the song, and hoefully you can understand this awazing song better.
