The best way to take taliban is to fix GPS tracking systems in the items they receive and fix in cameras when reporters meet their leaders, present some items where the tracking system is hidden and after all away...during night just bomb them and finish... keep on eliminating the leaders one after another...ask the militants to join army and receive pay checks..hand over the foriegn militants to respective country governments...inform big cash prize if bomber surrenders and to be protected !
