Zelda: Twilght Princess - Wooden Sword Glitch

do you get to keep the wooden sword after getting the master sword or does it automatically equip the master sword?

The master sword will take up the second sword spot and the ordon/wooden takes up the first. If you skip the ordon, then you can keep the wooden sword, but otherwise you will be stuck with the ordon and master sword in the sword spots. If you skip the wooden and get the ordon, then when you pick up the wooden sword from the chest again, you will be able to use it as long as you don't switch swords or warp.

Yes. But the rock would go on the right side.

@kingnahum17 Actually, on the Wii, I used the left side too. It took a few tries but it worked. Maybe the right side would be easier?

Yes. Just make sure that you don't talk to the kids afterwards or you will trigger the "training" cutscene that eventually opens the gate.

Well, you can do the 'slingshot training course' without worry (though if you can do this glitch, I don't see why you even need the training...). It's the 'sword training course' that you should avoid triggering. Though I recommend doing the Ordon sword skip glitch after (so you can keep the Wooden Sword without ever losing it), it's difficult to perform.

LoL, I remember doing that, it's because you're not supposed to get on Epona in Ordon at that time (as the blond kid tells you to leave her alone). If you get into Zora's Domain with her it does the same thing..

Actually, after the wii crash, I had to try it on the Game Cube to make sure it wasnt just your wii. I did it on the GC and it crashed also. So I guess this is what you get for finding glitches.
