All you do is, Fill a bottle 3/4 way up with water. Put it in the freezer for 5 to 7 minutes. Take it out. If there is any ice in there. take the ice out. Then, Put one teaspoon of flour, then one teasspoon of sugar. Let it sink to bottom. Then after settled to bottom, put 1 tablespoon of salt. Close the lid, Bang it on a desk, watch what happens. : )

Actually, it is possible to do that with water. Just leave it in the freezer for a few hours and then jar it like they did. I don't know the chemistry of it, like why the water reacts like that, but I know it's not just sodium acetate.
