Unbelievable. The contractor majorly screwed up and needs to build the guy a new home. As for racism on the part of the city, where does anyone get that? In compliance with court order, the document in the man's hand clearly shows the instruction DO NOT DEMOLISH, written from the city to the contractor. I'd be very interested to hear the contractor's side of the story. It'll have to be a pretty compelling one, because right now his actions seem pretty inexcusable.
