I'm Really curious to see how this relates to sleep walkers. because i'm one of them and have had many stories of things that i've done in my sleep, as well as seeing evidence myself. Does anyone have any ideas?
Why can't there just be a simple step by step guide instead of saying "this is the holy grail and you must remember this vital point" to much at once.
sleep paralysis is terrifying.it happens to me ALL the time and I have no control over it. I can't believe people try practising this..it;s so scary...i've only had a few positive experiences where i was able to go into an astral projection..but because of all the negative experiences with s.p..i'm always so anxious and afraid...i wish i could get over the fear of it. any tips on how i can make this a more positive experience?
you've just described my experience with sp :( it's so terrifying isn't it? but lately i want to AP so much that i'm willing to go through it o.o try reading eckhart tolle on getting over fear, he explains things so well :)
i had my first paralysis the other night and first all i did was keep thinking about lucid dreams then i just layed still for ages and relaxed my self and wondering deep into my mind then i just lost focuse and blanked out. but i then woke up unsespectidly and i tryed to move but i couldnt and i started freaking out and screaming help then i just got out of paralisis.
During school, everytime i am about to fall asleep I get this "intense" tingling on the tip of my butt haha.. I get that feeling whenever I get a haircut if the cutter hits a certain spot on my head. But anyway, Everytime I get close to falling asleep lately this tingling sensation pops up and i automatically jerk my legs.. What does that mean?
@wowhead885 Nerve endings are connected all over your body. Hence the 'haircut sensation. Same when you're tired and your eye twiches. You are lucky to have a 'trigger point' that you can be aware of. Do you feel it when you are lucid dreaming as a thick/thin waxy spot- like a novocaine injection? It could be pins and needles that you are getting over. Specially on your butt, when youre sitting at school- The nerve endings in your brain are connected to the other end. Strange but true
I've been making so many mistakes.. it's almost unbelievable. I never heard of the roll over bosy-mind test, so I've been consciously putting my arms on my stomach before I start meditating to sleep. As I usually get deep enough, I get this uncontrollable urge to roll over to my side, and I always do. This usually triggers my body to sleep within 7 minutes. But I'm never aware of this happening. I'm going to be following these methods tonight. Wish me luck
This works, i had sleeping problems before i saw this video, so i tried it out. Every night when i'm going to bed, i first lay on my back as long as i can, before rolling, i fall asleep after 1-2 minutes after the roll.
i sleep walk so i cant do this. it helps me asleep though. i do get the urges to move my legs. also after about 10 minutes my body goes numb because the intensity of the urge. is that supposed to happen?
Is sleep paralysis scary? Whenever I hear stories about it, it's always like it's a scary experience and all that jazz. I just want to know what I might get into :s
@BobdeepGupta Most people get accidentally put into Sleep Paralysis, that happened to me and I was freaked out. It's only creepy the first time you do it, if you purposely do it over and over again you should get used to it.
so i got up about a half hour ago after watching and trying out this technique. I have extensively been researching obe's lucid dreams, and sleep paralysis and I have only been able to get sleep paralysis twice, both unintentionally. It's extremely frustrating that I am unable to get it but i will not give up. I notice paralysis only seems to happen if I am really sleep deprived and my body is anxious to go to sleep. Any suggestions?
@SourMilkNEggs Yeah, if you make the conscious decision to swallow (meaning it doesn't just spontaneously happen) then you've just intentionally moved some muscles.
i have a question : if i get that sensation in part two to get up and see myseflf could i actually see other things in other rooms? like umm at day time if im in the sensation part will i see my family doing thier everyday things?
I HAVE TO ROLL OVER. it's a huge urge. but now that I know about this, i'm going to think about it whenever i try to have a SP, which makes the urge to go away?.. :(
IS it normal that you can see white flashes in your eyes? it scared the crap outta me today. I tried to have a SP when I got home from school. As I was trying to stay calm, having my mind awake and relax my body, i focused on the darkness, and i saw this flashes! I thought it was normal so i kept going and it happend 3 times .. Normal?
I have trouble with the swallowing as well, but I find it can be countered but breathing through your mouth. This drys the saliva as it is made (I guess) and eliminates the news to
It is very difficult to make my mind fall asleep, so it always outlasts my body and sleep paralysis becomes very easy. LDing from there is the hard part.
Had the roll over signal last night. Might have been a swelling one because it got really uncomfortable and I dont think I ever went into paralysis. For some reason, my muscles tense up on there own. I dont notice until I concentrate hard on relaxing
@on1still I`ve watched videos where they tell you to listen in to that, and they said the noises can get as loud as a jet engine. I`m assuming it`s probably normal. I`ve heard the noise before but nothing that extreme, you`re probably closer to results. Just try to stick with it until you have the OBE. Good luck !
...........while my feet feel as if they are being pulled magnetically, so my feet feel the sensation of coming out from under the blankets into the cold and then pushed like (reversed magnets) back into the bed. This whole time I can feel the sheets sliding under my back. The process feels as if I'm being 'scanned' and I can't move my arms until I finally smack myself in the head. This happened about 4-5 times in one night and I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this.....
I get a vibration in the right hemisphere of my brain just above and behind my ear much like a cat lying next to my ear purring loudly. This is accompanied by an increasingly higher and higher vibratory sound as I go into SP. This has only happened to me once (repeatedly through the night) so now when I get that feeling I know and wake myself up, mainly because the experience I had scared the shit out of me. After the "purring" I get the sensation that I'm floating just barely ...........
ok, pay attention. what he means is DO NOT roll over as soon as you get the roll signal, instead, place your arms to your side. then next time u get the signal, then roll to the lateral position. if u ust roll to your side right away, your resetting your tenseness and the roll signal back to 0
@BrendanStuart ACTUALLY< IM WRONG, you change the positions from hands above your head to at ur side when you feel that youve relaaxed enough (no roll signal), then when u relax some more, roll to ur side (still no roll signal, completely manual), THEN ignore the roll over signal
I still need a confirmation: all I care about, initially, is the material plane. Can someone tell me they did an OBE and went somewhere notable? Have you really been to any of these places in their 3-dimensinal glory?
@cooltoonist I always worry about that to! I think it might be because I did exactly is the videp told me to, but I swallowed every once in a while but I couldn't fall asleep.
for some odd reason I never have the intention to roll over when I sleep? I can stand still for a long period of time and I have never had the feeling to roll over? Does this mean I can't enter sleep paralysis?
@itsMISHERUyo > dont freak out.. focus on your breathing, dont alter it, just breathe it'll calm you, I just mastered this a coupla weeks ago.. after being terrorized for YEARS... As crazy as it sounds, the paralysed state and vibration state can feel good. I experienced this shortly after realizing this 'breathing check method'. Fear is the destroyer of a potentially reality shattering (great) experience. Have fun!
I tried this last night and I was up for a long time but I think I was close. I finally had to just turn on my stomache and sleep like normal. But when I was laying still for a long time, my whole body started to shake and twitch, including my eyelids, and I saw white flashes in my eyes. I think I was about to start dreaming but I was confused and woke up. Is this supposed to happen? I think it's just the muscles relaxing before I go to sleep.
@ThatGuyWithGuns my eyelid twitches too when i sleep on my back. i think your just too excited or not relaxed enough. in another video he tells you to roll your eyes around both clockwise and counter clockwise. this way you relax it and it will stop twitching :D happy dreaming
I always have lucid dreams, however, sleep paralysis has happened to me a few times, I never knew it was called that until I searched for what causes it. I hate my sleep paralysis, I'm laying in my bed and can see my room, I try to move but my physical body can't, but I feel myself moving in some kind of space, then some invisible force "kills" me, last time it felt like a jaw with sharp teeth chewed me in half....it sucks
@Minpin45 you sit PERFECTLY STILL for about 20-30 mins. you can't even move your eyes if you do it may take longer count your heart beats to distract your eyes
@Minpin45 Well, it doesn't really take a specific amount of time. It's usually according to the person trying to enter sleep paralysis. However, the average amount of time it will take is 20-30 minutes to trick your body into falling asleep and 20 minutes to get gully paralysed. Hope this helps!! :)
wow all this stuff is sooo true. dude ur a genious. so just one question. when you finally wake up in the morning, do you actually feel like you have slept, or do you still feel tired?
i tried this, i started feeling very heavy and heard a buzzing sound like a flash bang had been thrown at me, i did this 3 times in one night. What do i do once i enter this stage lol
THE ZIONIST VS ISLAM WAR IS PLANNED BY THE ILLUMINATI
THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THE NEW WORLD ORDER IS TO UNITE BY WAY OF EVERYONE STAYING AN INDIVIDUAL IS THE ONLY WAY TO PREVENT THE WORLD ORDER,THE WORLD ORDER WILL DEPEND ENTIRELY ON FOOLING THE MASS'S INTO ACCEPTING A ONE WORLD ORDER TO THE COMING CHAOS
Ok I'm confused. You said not to answer the roll signal first but then say you have to answer it to give your body permission to sleep. Someone please help!
@hackonomical correct me if i'm wrong, because 1) i'm on my brother account 2) i havent been researching this for a long time 3) i'm only fourteen.
but, i think when he's telling to roll over, and then telling you not to ignore the signals to roll over is explaining to different ways. for instance, the ignore the roll over one, like he said, can be very painful, i think the other way (stop drop and roll) is for people who find the other way more difficult, or just more effective..
@hackonomical He means that you roll over to release tension, and then stay in that position for the rest of the night. Resist the roll over signal if it signals after you release tension. This speeds things up a bit.
2:14 : "never answer the roll over signal." -> It's hellish to do that! My whole sleeping process is based on ROLLING OVER UNTIL I FALL ASLEEP !! >:-(. In fact, not moving makes me feel uncomfortable, and PREVENTS me from falling asleep! My worst insomnias are when I try to avoid moving in my bed (since I watched this video by the way)
Ironically I generally try the opposite of the last method when Im trying to desperately sleep. I lie still on my bed until it gets painful, then hop out, lie down on my floor with a pillow and cover, and fall asleep fast :P
I tried putting my arms above my head to make my body fall asleep and and i got the feeling of my body falling asleep so I let it and I couldn't move. So and the breathing worked and woke my body up. Crazy stuff.
Wait so in the beginning of the video you say DONT respond to the roll over signal...but then later in the video you say DO roll over...I'm confused :\. Someone please explain this!
Well, you shouldn't "roll over" if you get the urge to. Rolling overa few times after laying down for a few seconds helps you to relax, but when your body gives you the urge to roll over, don't, because if you do you won't enter sleep paralysis, which is like the "gateway" to OBEs and LDs. He goes over when it is GOOD to roll over in Part 5 on his site. Hope this helps.
@DPepicelli This definetly did! Thank you. I've been trying to achieve lucid dreams through WILD for over a year or 2 (on and off) and its prettyy hard for me... I wish I knew if i was even doing it right, most of the time i fall asleep. Like he says to stay awake and focus...but then he also mentions to kinda let yourself fall asleep? Its confusing man...but i really want to lucid dream. I've been interested in it for a long time!
I'm glad it helped. Yeah, I'm stuck in the same situation you're in. I had one lucid dream but only by luck. The induction techniques have not worked for me.
I think I'm trying too hard, but I thought this would be easier than it is for me right now. Anyway, good luck in having a Lucid Dream!
@DPepicelli Okay UPDATE haha. This is so ironic how I just talked about working on a WILD for 1 to 2 years yesterday...well the irony is, last night I woke up after about 5 or 6 hours of sleep in the middle of the night and i was like "Ehh...why not try it now" and i guess i got lucky or something but i layed down with my arms to my sides and my legs apart and i started counting "1 i am dreaming, 2 i am dreaming, 3 i am dreaming" by 3 my body had already paralized, vibrations ran through my body
@DPepicelli and i started to hear high frequency sounds in my ears!! IT was the coolest thing ever... but i got too excited and fell into a non lucid dream, actually i false awoke... i dreamed that i ran to my brothers room telling him that I did my first WILD haha...how ironic is that!?!? I know i wasnt lucid but im atleast glad i had a WILD and i had atleast 5 lively dreams...they looked exactly like real life!!
@DPepicelli To be honest, last night was the first time i ever used "one, I am dreaming" and I feel like thats what triggered it. Okay basically this is exactly what happened: i woke up naturally in the middle of the night, no alarm clock and I woke up randomly too, there was no intention for that...but I guess its because before i went to sleep I was reading about WILDS and i thought "it would be cool to wake up in the night and try it" so maybe that triggered it...anyways i slept at bout 11
@Sparks217 I have to try the counitng! you reminded me of me! I first heard of WILD a week ago, and since then, I always wake up in the middle of the night and try to have a WILD. but the bad thing is.... i still don't get it. I'm so tired I go to sleep right away :(
@DPepicelli and woke up around 2 soo about.. 3 hours of rest? I could be wrong because I didnt look at my clock but i just believe thats what it was. I found myself sitting up on my bed when I woke up and then i immedietly laid back down put my arms on my stomach actually! Not my sides...i just remembered haha. and my legs spread slightly apart...closed my eyes and started immedietly "one i am dreaming, two i am dreaming" etc. By 3, my body was already paralyzied, vibrating and hearing stuff.
@DPepicelli Its actually not that scary! I thought it would be...but it feels kinda cool haha and only takes a few minutes during the vibrations and sounds then ur in the dream :D. I WILDed pretty fast...within 5 seconds of laying down i was already in the vibration stage...NOTE: I was pretty tired since i woke up in the middle of the night...try remembering that you should be pretty tired for it to work cause ur body wants to sleep so desperatly.
hi my name is nathen im 14 and very interested in obes and lucid dreaming last night i tried doing the techniques to trick your body to sleep but i think i got it at one moment i couldn't move but my breathing was supper hard to breath so i tried to breath harder and i was able to move agian please pm me about a solution and any easier was to get to sleep peralesis
Well what you experienced IS sleep paralysis, if you don't know what it is it's scary at first, but it's an essential step to having OBEs and LDs.
The most important thing is to just breathe how you are breathing when you are in sleep paralysis. If you breathe any differently it will get rid of sleep paralysis, as it did in the situation you described.
I agree with most of the stuff in these videos.. but there are a few minor things I disagree with like it is impossible to go into SP before you go to sleep for the first time. I can get into SP easily before I go to sleep and I'm not in any means a "natural" lucid dreamer... also I see your trying to make a living but there are plenty of free ways to get advice and techniques on LD on the web rather than buying your 102 package... still thx for showing your techniques
Hey I have a question.. I've been doing this for a while now and I do go into sleep paralysis and I do feel the "vibrations" but I never go into a dream or see lights. Am I trying to hard to keep my "mind awake"? Or is there something else I am doing wrong?
I'm Really curious to see how this relates to sleep walkers. because i'm one of them and have had many stories of things that i've done in my sleep, as well as seeing evidence myself. Does anyone have any ideas?

This has only happened to me once (repeatedly through the night) so now when I get that feeling I know and wake myself up, mainly because the experience I had scared the shit out of me. After the "purring" I get the sensation that I'm floating just barely ...........

ok, pay attention. what he means is DO NOT roll over as soon as you get the roll signal, instead, place your arms to your side. then next time u get the signal, then roll to the lateral position. if u ust roll to your side right away, your resetting your tenseness and the roll signal back to 0
BrendanStuart 5 months ago in playlist Lucidology 101 - How To Trick Your Body Into Falling Asleep

I'm wondering if having your mouth build up saliva teasing you to swallow is a veiled form of the rollover signal?

Have fun!

@itsMISHERUyo Your heart will feel like its pounding really loud or fast, but it actually isnt. It is illusionary. Just ignore it.

ThatGuyWithGuns 7 months ago

@Minpin45 I've actually never had sleep paralysis either I fell asleep woke up then went back to sleep without moving as much as possible
I managed to have a lucid dream but I still haven't gotten an OBE and when I woke up I had partial sleep paralysis though most of my body was numb

JCCsProduction 8 months ago
@Minpin45 Well, it doesn't really take a specific amount of time. It's usually according to the person trying to enter sleep paralysis. However, the average amount of time it will take is 20-30 minutes to trick your body into falling asleep and 20 minutes to get gully paralysed. Hope this helps!! :)

Ok I'm confused. You said not to answer the roll signal first but then say you have to answer it to give your body permission to sleep. Someone please help!
hackonomical 10 months ago 21
@hackonomical correct me if i'm wrong, because 1) i'm on my brother account 2) i havent been researching this for a long time 3) i'm only fourteen.
but, i think when he's telling to roll over, and then telling you not to ignore the signals to roll over is explaining to different ways. for instance, the ignore the roll over one, like he said, can be very painful, i think the other way (stop drop and roll) is for people who find the other way more difficult, or just more effective..
BlackTurnipHD 6 months ago
@hackonomical He means that you roll over to release tension, and then stay in that position for the rest of the night. Resist the roll over signal if it signals after you release tension. This speeds things up a bit.

101binary101 4 months ago
2:14 : "never answer the roll over signal." -> It's hellish to do that! My whole sleeping process is based on ROLLING OVER UNTIL I FALL ASLEEP !! >:-(. In fact, not moving makes me feel uncomfortable, and PREVENTS me from falling asleep! My worst insomnias are when I try to avoid moving in my bed (since I watched this video by the way)
InfinityDz 10 months ago
Ironically I generally try the opposite of the last method when Im trying to desperately sleep. I lie still on my bed until it gets painful, then hop out, lie down on my floor with a pillow and cover, and fall asleep fast :P
ectorzage 10 months ago
I tried putting my arms above my head to make my body fall asleep and and i got the feeling of my body falling asleep so I let it and I couldn't move. So and the breathing worked and woke my body up. Crazy stuff.

WHAT DO YOU DO AFTER YOU GO INTO SLEEP PARALYSIS!?!?
egypt12341 11 months ago
Wait so in the beginning of the video you say DONT respond to the roll over signal...but then later in the video you say DO roll over...I'm confused :\. Someone please explain this!
Sparks217 11 months ago
@Sparks217
DPepicelli 11 months ago
@DPepicelli This definetly did! Thank you. I've been trying to achieve lucid dreams through WILD for over a year or 2 (on and off) and its prettyy hard for me... I wish I knew if i was even doing it right, most of the time i fall asleep. Like he says to stay awake and focus...but then he also mentions to kinda let yourself fall asleep? Its confusing man...but i really want to lucid dream. I've been interested in it for a long time!
Sparks217 11 months ago
@Sparks217
DPepicelli 11 months ago
@DPepicelli Okay UPDATE haha. This is so ironic how I just talked about working on a WILD for 1 to 2 years yesterday...well the irony is, last night I woke up after about 5 or 6 hours of sleep in the middle of the night and i was like "Ehh...why not try it now" and i guess i got lucky or something but i layed down with my arms to my sides and my legs apart and i started counting "1 i am dreaming, 2 i am dreaming, 3 i am dreaming" by 3 my body had already paralized, vibrations ran through my body
Sparks217 11 months ago
@DPepicelli and i started to hear high frequency sounds in my ears!! IT was the coolest thing ever... but i got too excited and fell into a non lucid dream, actually i false awoke... i dreamed that i ran to my brothers room telling him that I did my first WILD haha...how ironic is that!?!? I know i wasnt lucid but im atleast glad i had a WILD and i had atleast 5 lively dreams...they looked exactly like real life!!
Sparks217 11 months ago
@Sparks217
Ugh, I'm so jealous right now! I've been trying for four consecutive weeks, over 40 dreams remembered and only one lucid one!
I gotta ask, how do YOU personally do WILD? Do you just do the "One, I am dreaming (etc)" thing? Or do you do something else?
DPepicelli 11 months ago
@DPepicelli To be honest, last night was the first time i ever used "one, I am dreaming" and I feel like thats what triggered it. Okay basically this is exactly what happened: i woke up naturally in the middle of the night, no alarm clock and I woke up randomly too, there was no intention for that...but I guess its because before i went to sleep I was reading about WILDS and i thought "it would be cool to wake up in the night and try it" so maybe that triggered it...anyways i slept at bout 11
Sparks217 11 months ago
@Sparks217 I have to try the counitng! you reminded me of me! I first heard of WILD a week ago, and since then, I always wake up in the middle of the night and try to have a WILD. but the bad thing is.... i still don't get it. I'm so tired I go to sleep right away :(
Mimmio97 2 months ago
@DPepicelli and woke up around 2 soo about.. 3 hours of rest? I could be wrong because I didnt look at my clock but i just believe thats what it was. I found myself sitting up on my bed when I woke up and then i immedietly laid back down put my arms on my stomach actually! Not my sides...i just remembered haha. and my legs spread slightly apart...closed my eyes and started immedietly "one i am dreaming, two i am dreaming" etc. By 3, my body was already paralyzied, vibrating and hearing stuff.
Sparks217 11 months ago
@DPepicelli Its actually not that scary! I thought it would be...but it feels kinda cool haha and only takes a few minutes during the vibrations and sounds then ur in the dream :D. I WILDed pretty fast...within 5 seconds of laying down i was already in the vibration stage...NOTE: I was pretty tired since i woke up in the middle of the night...try remembering that you should be pretty tired for it to work cause ur body wants to sleep so desperatly.

hansen9090 11 months ago
@hansen9090
DPepicelli 11 months ago
@hansen9090 If you watched the other part's you will know that its very hard to do it like at bedtime or during the day
The best way is to get up at 4-5 Am in the morning stay awake for 1-2 min and then and then do it
If you noticed your most real dreams are in the morning : ) ( sry for bad english )

I agree with most of the stuff in these videos.. but there are a few minor things I disagree with like it is impossible to go into SP before you go to sleep for the first time. I can get into SP easily before I go to sleep and I'm not in any means a "natural" lucid dreamer... also I see your trying to make a living but there are plenty of free ways to get advice and techniques on LD on the web rather than buying your 102 package... still thx for showing your techniques
zbrann91 11 months ago
Hey I have a question.. I've been doing this for a while now and I do go into sleep paralysis and I do feel the "vibrations" but I never go into a dream or see lights. Am I trying to hard to keep my "mind awake"? Or is there something else I am doing wrong?
Please help.
Thanks :)
