Threw the girl off her bike, right near where the other cop did it and is now under indictment.

Smolka snuck off to Florida and retired with help from the criminals in the NYPD.

The lead officer is carrying a coffee cup and is not seen to hit, strike, punch anyone in fact it appears that one cyclist driving dangerously against traffic hits someone in a brown work jacket and knocks that person to the ground. I'm sure you woudln't suggest he threw himself into the bike that then knocked him to the ground?
