Hey, can some one help me. I had a case against the federal government. I had ask the judge to transfer my case to an "appropriate authority" to hear my case because the agency denied me my rights. The judge agreed that I was denied the only rights I have in the world, however, the DOJ lawyer stated that I cited no authority for such a proposition and the judge later agreed and dismissed my case.
