@Monamondieu *notes falling strap* :P It really is one of the most enjoyable scenes in the entire film. Totally worth having there, even if only to establish the attraction between Oscar and Freddie and prove to an audience that Stockard is a brilliant comedienne :D
It's my absolute fave. You're so right about Stockard showing herself as a talented comedienne here. I live her wide-eyed innocence here... It's like she has no inhibitions with Oscar and has no idea what's on his mind. I love her little laugh to herself when she says she'd like to show Nicky her little trick!
