@sss7773 And what do you mean?BTW: you forgot to mention which countries joined the pact later: romania,puppet state slovakia,bulgaria,finland,free croatia,thailand..But there are country like romania which country after lost battles against the soviets in 43' and lost hundreds of thousends soldiers,betrayed this pact and shifted side to the soviets...Hungary lost the war and never become traitor!How we call a nation which call itself winner of the WWII when they betrayed it's former partners?

if it was an anticommunist revolution can you tell me why many soviets of factory were created by the protesters ? And why in the revolutionary government there were many marxists like Lukács (and Nagy was a communist too) ?

jewish lukacs wanted social -liberal democracy insteas of communist. The social-liberals were just little minority in the revolution.

The revolutionary government was a bunch of people who vere in the position to take over the government and tried to play a smart game against russians. not succeeded. They were members of the russian ruled gov. as well.

The goal of the revolution was NATIONAL independence (not a communist idea) and factory workers took the factories from the puppets of soviets.

It was not a communist revoution.

People held national flags and broke all the red stars.
