  • @GQbum yh man small weights + lots of reps = RIPPED (muscles with more tone but they wont be big) however lower reps with high weights makes ur muscles BIG then u can get ripped which is more sexy :D

  • @DezyreHD I was gonna former marine corps DI, cuz my friend who went through Marine basic, would always talk about his DI's and he always talked in a voice like this guy.

  • @Zoonjse unless your lifting hundreds of pounds or dont have a spot, its best to stay away from machines. if youre forced to manually stabilize the weights yourself itll help with the muscle definition.

  • @Rambl147 there is no such thing as "toning" a muscle but i do believe with the right variation smaller muscle fibres will show and this is done with variation, but to answer your question your pecs are like that because A. you have too much fat or B. you are shaped like that genetically

  • @lambomb222 veggies are great, add chicken/turkey/tuna in your diet as they are the best sources of protein and if start hitting the gym then its great to invest in whey protein and as far as rice go, brown rice is an excellent source of carbs so nothing wrong there.

  • @lambomb222 also, if you don't like brown rice, maybe basmati or jasmine. those are the best white rices but ultimately brown rice is best for you.

    that is for dumbells 26kg (57lbs) for shoulder press, one-arm dumbell row, chest press etc, but i don't get big from it...

    i just started as well, i am maybe training for 2 months... how the hell am i supposed to progress like this? the machines i can also already do on the maximum... and for some reason there are much bigger people in my gym who can't lift nearly as much

    any tips? thanks.

  • @wubs23 If you are afraid to get out of weights than try to lift

    (especialy lowering part) slowly. Like 3-4 seconds down and 1-2 seconds up.

  • @music1sawesome35 doing alot of weights doesnt burn fat. to burn fat you want to do alot of cardio workouts. so running riding swimming and brisk walking are all great for burning fat. But make sure your raising your heart rate and working up a sweat.

  • are you stupid? he's talking about definition of muscles, not losing fat. the reason he talks about maintaining a good diet is because that contributes greatly to musclular definition. Cardio-vascular work isnt going to bulk the pectorals up, thats why he doesnt mention it. Intense cardio-vascular work consists of long periods of aerobic exercise, that eventually strengthen the heart, to increase its ability to deliver oxygen to respiring tissues, and remove waste, to put it very simply.

  • @L0udMaN yeah and having a defined body means losing the fat. He talks about workouts to lose fat in a lot of videos but doesnt mention cardio at all. Obviously cardio doesnt build muscle but im saying if hes talking about losing fat and dieting, he should say something about cardio which is the best way to lose fat, then to start lifting for a defined body because lifting burns barely any fat at all, if any. You guys are acting like im upset that these videos arent about cardio. I lift too
