use audacity to make your 30 sec mp3 ringtone from any song then use bitpim to put it on your phone. i have over 30 ringtones on my voyager.

How did you get the 'Crank' ringtone? I have it in my voyager as an mp3 but have never been able to figure out how to make it a ringtone. Do you know how to do that or where I can find it as a ringtone?

Just text the mp3 to yourself and save it as a ringtone. It's really simple.

Tried that, the text comes to me but I don't see where the mp3 is or how to save it as a ringtone. I attached the mp3 to the text through hotmail and sent it to my phone. Did I do it wrong? The text comes but not any mp3???

No it is not, and if this is in response to the iPhone, the iPhone does NOT allow people to receive pictures or video messages in text messages. On top of that, you can't save any of them. I'd rather have to pay for GPS and TV service than to deal with that.

Internet is much faster than what the iPhone is running on currently. iPhone may have Wifi but you need to be in a zone where it's free and the security is open for anyone to use to access it. May sound easy, but you have to remember it isn't like it was 4 years ago when no one knew anything about securing their routers and you could access the internet from almost anywhere.

all you have to do is send a text message of the voice record to yourself. Then hit options and save it as a ringtone. It fits perfectly!

what i did is is i downloded magix ringtone maker, saved what i wanted loaded it on my phones memory card in "sounds" then pix texted it to myself.Once i had i recieved it i saved as ring tone thats it.

Basically. The phone comes with a USB cable that hooks up into the computer. All you gotta do is have the right program to talk to the phone and have an MP3 editor so you can get the exact part of the song as your ringtone. Check out websites like HowardForums and AfterDawn
