lol is white belt a high rank in ur martial art? cuz white belt is the first rank in taekwondo which wud make u look like beginner which obviously ur not with all ur nunchuck manoeuvres
In some arts it is considered a humble gesture to go back to the white belt after you have attained your black belt as that action shows that you still have the mentallity of a student and you realise that a blackbelt only symbolizes the beginning of a more in depth martial arts journey. I'm not sure if that is the case in this video, just giving a possible explaination.
maybe his black belt is still in the laundry, or something like that
